This package weighs more than the 120oz in the description. That’s only the weight of the product (tuna and water). It also says 24g of protein on the label and, 23g in the computer-generated stock photo, 22g in the description. Not sure which it is, but at least it’s over 20. I like that it has the 25% less sodium: 270mg vs 360mg regular Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light Tuna in Water. While these generally have a mixture of chunks and shreds, some occasionally are mostly shreds, and you’ll lose more pieces when draining. You lose almost an ounce by draining, but typical meat servings are 4oz (except burgers where that’s pre-cooked weight) Other than that, it’s canned tuna likely cooked and packaged at sea on factory ships along with countless other brands, so it’s all pretty much the same.
