Only been taking these for the past week, but so far very happy with them. Easy to swallow and no taste when you take them.. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone that is looking for a good value probiotic.They were delivered next day so an excellent prompt service.

I’m now on my third box (I have a monthly subscription) and I have to say I feel a lot better. It took a few weeks to get into my system and notice any difference, but I’m really enjoying the benefits now. I was told to take a probiotic as I am on long term antibiotics which can upset the gut, but taking these has given me no problems whatsoever. I’m so pleased with them and would highly recommend. It's hard to review the item and give a star rating based on my own personal experience, because everyone is different. So first of all let me drop what I think are positives.Positives:Good price.Small and easy to take tablets with no taste.Well packaged.Probably good quality and strong given my outcome.Negative:I became quite ill the night of taking my second tablet whilst eating a salad dinner. I ended up with severe stomach pains, frequent and very loose bowel movements, projectile vomiting and at one point my skin felt extremely itchy and burning which broke me out into a hives rash. That probably was a signal that I had an Allergic Reaction to these pills which raised histamine levels in my body. I Hayfever tablet quickly sorted the rash out, and after around 18 hours of the other symptoms they gradually decreased and I had some relief, although my stomach still does not feel right or the same since.I actually took these in the hope of improving my gut Flora as I was producing insane amounts of gas that could clear a room. These tablets seem to have stopped that frequent Gas but I now feel more sore, bloated and with a nervous stomach 6 days after being unwell taking one.

I find these probiotic gut bacteria effective and easy to digest as they are in capsule form (not hard tablets or pellets which I cannot digest well).The delivery was very quick. Thanks, I appreciate that.
