My father and I loved this licorice. We always work to avoid high fructose corn syrup and other ingredients that are harmful. Frankly, it’s difficult to not eat too many of these at once. But with the separate packs we are better able to control the amount we eat. Too much licorice isn’t good for blood pressure lol. Neither are the calories. The only thing we miss with these are the sprinkle covered gumball type licorices in other mixes - but they likely have ingredients we don’t want.

These are my favorite! I love them. They feel hard in the bag but they are soft and delicious. It's not the traditional allsorts assortment but I love them anyway. They are hard to find at my local Tractor Supply store. These were a great deal for a pack of eight, especially since I didn't have to drive to all the different stores to find a bag and they are delivered right to my door in 1-2 days. Please read the description and look at the pictures before you order and then leave a negative review. You get what you see. You only get the square pieces. It's not the typical allsorts selection. I will be ordering more real soon. Eight bags won't last long around here...*Wink Wink*

I bought this product once before and was very happy with it. So happy, that I later ordered another box. However, the second box arrived--8 individual bags--and 6 of them have product as hard as a rock. I dropped a piece and my Irish Wolfhound-who EATS beef knuckle bones!!!-had trouble chewing it. Not that she needs the sugar any more than I do, but she's faster. I meant to return them but I was stressed with work and trying to get out the door for my first vacation since 2018--hence my penchant for eating sugary treats--and missed the return window. So now I have rock hard licorice that I'm not sure what to do with. I'm definitely not feeding it to the wolfhounds, I love them too much--I don't care if they do give me the big, sad, soulful eyes look. And I don't need to press my luck with my dentist--he already has an intense sense of purpose, and budget, intended to make my dental insurance carrier beg for mercy. Or maybe just me. But I would proceed with caution. If you opt to order, make sure it is returnable and check the product immediately upon arrival so you can decide whether it is safe to wallow in your sugar fix, or play Russian roulette with your dentist.

Good price, fast delivery. Candy is exactly as pictured; only squares, no jellies, no licorice sticks, etc. Squares were delicious although having a noticeable coconut overtone (which I like). Candy was fresh, soft but not mushy, slightly chewy. In short, everything I expected except for the lack of variety.

Love this candy and love the ingredients.

These are very sweet, and don't have a lot of licorice flavor. On the bright side, they are all the sandwich-style pieces.

Love this licorice and it's hard to find in stores. Takes a while for the shipping but worth the wait.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I GENERALLY LOVE ALL LICORICE, PARTICULARLY THE DARK TYPE. I NEVER TRIED THIS KIND BEFORE SO I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY. I WAS EXPECTING A MIX OF VARIOUS SHAPES AND TYPES OF LICORICE BUT IT ONLY HAD THE SQUARE PIECES. NOT BAD BUT I PREFER THE VARIETY.. THE REASON FOR THE LOWER RATING IS THAT THEY WERE A LITTLE ON THE STALE SIDE AND THE TASTE WAS NOT AS INTENSE AS MY FAVORITE ALLSORTS BRAND.
