Very challenging and fun

The price was very good for this brilliant product. Also, I love how there aren’t too many prices to lose. The booklet of “orders” which the child works on completing is a spiraled and won’t get lost or spilled all over the house. It’s mainly 9 plastic chocolate pieces. Originally I got this as I wanted to keep my child busy on their own if they want some quiet time and still keep their thinking brain on. It does require patience and readjusting and for a child who can do it , it is great! Another good idea is to use for parent to play with child and spend some quality time. I’d buy another one if I needed it

I love this game!! I had one from the early 2000’s and the chocolate pieces were strawberry, milk and dark chocolate, this one has strawberry, chocolate and white chocolate. The old version has a better booklet of puzzles, where it’s on a spiral with a stand, but overall the same concept game. I think it’s fun to sit down and play and the challenges are good. I enjoy teaching students how to play it and they all get hooked! One of the best Thinkfun games we have!

I have had this in my cart for probably a year. Got an Amazon card for Mother’s Day & decided I could finally buy it. I am almost 71 years old & a retired teacher. Since it arrived a few days ago, I keep it on my dining table & work one of the challenges 2-3 times a day. There is a sturdy booklet that comes with it. One side gives clues. When you turn that page over, you see the solution. There are 40 challenges. I have completed 15 & am on the intermediate level. Number 15 took a little time, but I got it. Based on that, I think the whole booklet will keep me engaged. The game is small. I just pulled out a ruler. The play base is 6” x 6”. The candy pieces are very cute & well made. It comes with a nylon travel bag. I can see a lot of good times ahead with this game. It is a one player logic puzzle type of game. But you could work the puzzles with a partner or take turns solving the challenges. I really like this game & am glad I purchased it.

Got this for the kids, and played it myself. Very addicting. Loved the challenge. Starts with beginning level cards and progresses through intermediate, advanced and expert. I wish there would have been more cards. Got through them all in one day. This is for kids, though, so I'm sure it will last longer for them. My daughter did a few beginning cards. I will love to guide her through the thinking processes for the upper levels, and will be interested to see how far she gets on her own. I took away one star on the overall rating because I wish there were more cards.

I purchased this item for my ten year old son and we all love it! It has different cards with clues and its up to you to figure out where the candies belong on the grid. You can play separately or together to figure out a more challenging puzzle. It has a selection of easy, intermediate and expert puzzles which will work for any age. For example, a younger child can work the easy puzzle cards while an older child can try a more challenging card. Its fun and I actually play the game myself as well! It comes with a mesh bag to hold tokens, candy pieces, card clues and playing grid for easy carrying. High recommend!

I have had the old one since it came out. When I saw that they had updated it I had to have it. The thing's I like about this new one: It has place holders that make the the puzzles easier to solve. The things I don't like so much: The clue book isn't as well made. *The rules used to be in the clue book and are now on a folded piece of paper that comes with the game makeing them easier to lose. *The old clue book had a stand makeing easier to see the clues. The new one doesn't have a stand. * The old bag was smaller but I feel like it was made better, and it had a plastic piece that held the bag closed. So if their are so many things that I didn't like then why the 5 stars? When my game came in I had a piece missing I called THINK FUN and they sent me a new piece. They took care of it in less then 5 minutes. It was the best customer care experience that I have ever had.

Bought this for my daughter, but I am enjoying it a lot myself. For anyone who likes sudoku puzzles, this game will be a great hit. It really flexes your deductive reasoning skills. My daughter is only five, so she can only get through the beginner challenges, yet she really likes "checking my work" after I complete one of the intermediate or advanced challenges. In an age when we're all so tethered to our smartphones and tablets, this is a refreshing alternative form of entertainment and one that helps me and my kids bond together offline. My 3 year old can't follow the rules, but he enjoys serving the chocolates when we're done playing. So far I am 2 for 2 on my ThinkFun purchases.

I worried that this would be a kids game, but it's actually brilliant. If you like sudokus and rush hour or hotspot etc (or my favourite of all, Lunar Lockout, which has become really hard to get) then you'll love this too. There's a whole book of puzzles and the advanced ones get really hard, so you won't get bored. It's beautifully made as well, with not many parts so they won't get lost. Small enough to take as a travel puzzle. A really nice present for any puzzler.

Das Spiel ist absolut toll. Ich habe es zweimal gekauft. Einmal für einen Erwachsenen, einmal für ein Kind 8 Jahre. Ich selbst habe es auch zu Hause. Das Spiel ist einfach und doch recht kniffelig mit verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsgraden und somit für fast alle Altersstufen. Es fördert die Konzentration, das logische Denken und man kann es alleine oder zu zweit, gegen die Uhr (wie schnell kann ich die Aufgaben lösen) oder entspannt ohne zweit etc alleine spielen. Das Spiel ist ausgezeichnet um vernetztes Denken zu lernen oder zu fördern bzw auch um im Alter fit zu bleiben. Die Farben sind schön, die Aufgaben toll und das Lösungsheft so aufgebaut, dass man bei der Kontrolle nicht sofort die Lösung der nächsten Aufgabe sieht. Ich bin begeistert und kann es nur empfehlen.

L'ho comprato per fare un regalo visto che conoscevo già questo gioco. E' bellissimo sia per come si presenta esteticamente sia per il fatto che, essendo un gioco di logica, tiene in allenamento il cervello. Si parte da schemi per principianti per arrivare gradualmente a quelli per espertissimi! Lo consiglio vivamente dato che le schede sono intuitive e il gioco si può capire anche senza istruzioni.

I'm a big fan of single player games, and this doesn't disappoint. Very well made, and fun to play. The only negative, is there should be more levels or an extension pack available. Once you've finished the 40 levels, the game is over - unless you want to start again.
