Charli is a very pretty gal with a very pretty voice!!!! And not afraid to bare it all on the cover!!!!!!!

So I was not sure I would like this album but man was I wrong, the first thing I saw on the album was a sticker that says "the best album you will ever buy" and I was like "yea right". After I started playing the record on my hifi system I was blown away! The music tantalizes all your senses and is so emotional I was just simply blown away! The lyrics are amazing, well thought out and the melodys are so catchy, I think 1999 is now my favorite song! Please note that this is pop music so if you are not a fan of pop music like my wife, you may not like this album, but if you love pop music then this album should be in your collection IMHO. I am so glad I made this purchase, I just wish it came with an MP3 download code (or appear in amazon music) so I can listen to it on the go (sadly it did not). Looks like I will have to buy the CD for my car now ;)

I think this her best work yet, her first two albums were good but this one shows the maturity of her work as an individual artist. I really think this is great. I've seen some live stuff from this album and one must remember that live music isn't as good as recorded music. Charli should be proud of this piece of work. I would recommend this to anyone who just wants to hear some great music then let Charli take you on a voyage, enjoy.SincerelyGregory Loboa

Don't know who will be doing the reckoning in the future, but for me this is Charli's finest album. Production, songs, execution, guests, sonic textures - you name it - she puts it all together right here. Irresistible, modern pop so ridiculously infectious, hypnotic and layered with so many little ideas (and sounds) to create a simply massive whole. Recommendation: Put it on the best high-end sound system you can get to and play it loud. It's the one you want to get lost in.

Charli is a talented singer/songwriter. Her music/cd is extremely well-produced and great audio quality. the songs are innovative and musically intriguing ... and at times comparable to other female artists, i.e. Julia Michaels. I enjoy exploring different artists and can tolerate 3 or 4 questionable songs out of 15! She is certainly worth an audition.

If you've been following Charli for the past few years and have come to appreciate her avant-garde songwriting and production, you will appreciate Charli. It is both easy and a challenge to believe that this is the same woman who released True Romance just six years ago! The lineage is clear but, in a side-by-side comparison, they are completely different. This album has more in common with Number 1 Angel than Pop 2 with it's pop anthems. If you liked either of those, pick this up.

Charli XCX est une artiste inventive, créative, voire subversive avec ce petit grain de folie qui lui est propre. Elle s'approprie tous le codes de la musique, et la réinvente à chaque album. Chali XCX démontre encore une fois, qu'elle est un talent unique et une artiste XXL.
