Do not buy
Do not buy! Arrived with flour spilling out of package. Screw top lid was off, inner seal busted open. Flour everywhere. AND no refunds or returns allowed. Had to throw in trash. Complete waste of money and ZERO customer service.

Flour has a grainy texture
Unlike other quinoa flour I have used in my recipes, I discovered this flour had a very grainy texture. I didn't recognize until too late that the grainy texture did not absorb water the same way. The end result were biscuits that were very dense. I do not recommend this for biscuits, pancakes and other recipes requiring a lighter, finer ground flour.

Works well in Gluten Free recipes
I used this in my favorite Gluten Free pizza crust recipe- and it turned out terrific.

Worth the cost. Easy to use.
Flavor has a "off" flavor, but all Quinoa Flour does. I use it, basically, as a thickener for Green Chili, Sauage Gravy, etc. Works better than other flours. Had to convert all my recipes to Diabetic friendly, due to spouse being diagnosed last year. This is the most affordable that I found, and the quality is good.

The bitter taste wasn't in the bread I used it in
I don't like the taste of quinoa, but have been able to use this product without experiencing the bitter taste. I used it in bread and like the flavor of the bread.

No nutrition label. Why?
Why is there no nutrition label on this package? Made blueberry pancakes; texture was pretty good, but I’ll have to get used to the flavor.
