Charging case charged but the earbuds would not. On top of that, I have to pay to send them back. These buds,the ones with the long white stem, are all made in one place and sold by different companies on Amazon. Buds werenot as pictured that is why I bought them. Turned out to be just like the ones I just sent back. This is the second set I've had to send back in a week. Will have to jump up to the $40 range.

the headset works find, paired with my Samsung cell phone right away without problems. the sounds are clear, I like listening music/lecture while I am doing house chores. no problems with connection while working inside of my house. the charge case is handy and charges appropriately.

So let’s start with the one good thing about these: they fit nice and feel comfortable. Everything else about these earbuds is trash. They only have two buttons which means you can’t turn the volume up or down. It took me 20 minutes to connect these to my phone when I finally got them connected I walked maybe a foot from my phone and the connection cut out. I got a phone call while using the earbuds and the call was staticky and the other person couldn’t even hear me. Long story short don’t waste your money.

Purchased these because the “play time” was fro 5 to 6 hours. I wanted them for mowing the lawns and riding snow machines in the winter...... very disappointed that they only played for ALMOST two hours while i mowed the lawns.

Update: after using these for a week now at work listening to news, left bud works for 60 minutes but right bud will no longer charge. Constant red light for 3 days while case is plugged in and dies 1 second after turned on. Left bud is uncomfortable after 20 mins will ALL provided ear cushions, which all seem small. This mic sounds like a 1985 speaker phone, in a can.

Not only was it hard to keep in your ears, but one of them didn't even work right! One of the ear peices was staticky and quiet sounding as if something was already wrong with them. Was not worth the price.

I did not get the ones shown they sent different ones. They work good. Just a little tricky to figure out . Still not got it down pat. And they come with NO Instructions... Good luck. I had to youtube it

these ear buds are awesome when the battery is charged. The battery lasts 4 hrs max and they have to be recharged. And I can only use 1 at a time
