Happy Hedgie now that her skin isn't dry!
Just got this today and just got done using it on my 12 week old hedgehog. She's quilling and started having terrible dry skin. She's been so uncomfortable that she's gone from her happy go lucky self to moody due to her skin. Just used this on her and her skin already looks better, quills softer and mood wise already seems happier! She even anointed and then feel asleep in my lap. I'll take that as higher level of comfort! Really happy I got this for her! Can't wait to see how her skin looks after a few more applications over the next few days! Warning though: the spray sound did scare her but honestly with her quills up it helped get the spray to her skin and there is definitely a distinct odor- not bad more like medical smell but not strong. Bet the smell will be gone in a couple hours. Will definitely buy again when this runs out!

Exellent Product
I bought this spray for my hedgehogs' dry skin. At first they didn't know how to react to it, it smells funky, so they just sat there sniffing around wondering what in the world I just sprayed on them. Within just a few days, there was a noticeable difference in my hedgehogs' skin. It definitely wasn't flaky and they just looked better overall. I recommend this spray to all hedgehog owners- some of my hedgehogs have anointed with it and it's been no problem. It does what it's supposed to do, lasts a long time, I can use it for my dog as well, and it's a great price. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again as a moisturizer for my animals.

When we read a blog that recommended Humilac we thought we would give it a try
Our hedgehog had dry scaley skin. Adding oils to his food daily didn't help much. In fact none of the therapies we read a online helped. When we read a blog that recommended Humilac we thought we would give it a try. Worked just as promised. Not a cure, but an effective treatment.

Great moisturizer
Nice humectant in a spray. I recommend applying sparingly, or it will render a pet's coat slightly greasy. To me, this formula isn't as light as it used to be, however, it does a lovely job of curing scaly/very dry skin practically overnight. I like that it contains no offensive perfumes and gives fast results. I recommend it regularly for my client's pets and have received no complaints. If you suffer from dry skin, try this on yourself.

Super Product!
I have been using this product, Humilac, for well over 20 years and can't say enough about it. Have used it on cats, dogs, horses, and my own skin at times. I've even restored dry leather with it - think about it, leather used to be skin!! The ingredients are simple and efficient and I've seen Humilac work at times that other things would not.

Amazing Product
Hedgehog had dry skin and applied this once a day for two days and his dry skin was gone. This stuff if absolutely amazing. Though, I personally think it is slightly greasy, it's not horribly greasy but it's noticable.

It leave a smell
Works well but is a little stinky. The smells is sort of.... meaty? I can't really describe it. I usually use it to brush out my shih tzu then spray over him with something that has a better sent. It does make his hair soft, shiny and frizz free!

We use this product all the time. We do Westie Rescue and every Westie goes home with a bottle of it. It does a great job of keeping the skin from drying out no matter how often they must be bathed. It does a great job on human skin also. I use it on face and legs and think it is much better than human skin lotions.
