Excellent customer service and what appears to be a great product
I ordered two batteries for a Canon S100. One arrived in good condition, one defective and was not recognized by the Canon charger. But even before they arrived, STK reached out with an email letting me know how to handle any issues. And when I communicated the issue, they responded extremely quickly and shipped two replacements, both of which appear to work perfectly. Then they followed up with a personal email to make sure I was satisfied. I could not be more impressed with their customer service. As for the batteries, they are rated to power the camera longer than the original Canon ones. I haven't done any tests to confirm that, but as best I can tell they work great and are at least as effective as the original Canon batteries, at a significantly lower price. Recommended.

Fantastic customer support and follow up. Batteries work great.
It's difficult reviewing a battery recently purchased, as the real quality shows up over time. However I'm going ahead and posting this thanks to the excellent customer support. First of all the batteries received work great. I haven't done rigorous testing here, but from daily usage the batteries I received from SterlingTEK perform as well as the original Canon battery, and at a fraction of the price. The five-stars are for this though: these come with a 1 year warranty and at this point I have no doubt these folks stand behind their product. They immediately followed up with an e-mail saying contact them with any issues. I didn't have any issues with the batteries; however my camera failed (no fault of SterlingTEK) and I the manufacturer sent as replacement a newer model camera that took a slightly different battery. Upon my inquiry if I could exchange my barely-used batteries for the correct size, SterlingTEK promptly followed up sending correct batteries to fit my new camera and even threw in a charger. This kind of above-and-beyond service is increasingly rare these days, and earns from me a 5-star review.

Equivalent to OEM battery
Excellent battery. I bought four of them before going on a remote wilderness river trip for 3 weeks with no power sources. I charged them all up prior to the trip and I got through the 3 weeks using only 3 of the batteries. They were for a canon powershot SX230HS camera. It was way cheaper and lighter to buy multiple batteries than an expensive solar charging system. BTW prior to going on the river I did a 3 week discharge test where I charged the batteries and compared the unloaded discharge rate to my OEM canon battery. All batteries were able to be charged within .01V of the OEM battery and maintained their charge over the 3 weeks within .02V. I totally recommend.

Nearly as good as OEM
I also purchased the Wasabi 2-pack with charger version as well as an S100. Once the S100 arrived, I charged the Wasabi, STK and OEM in the OEM charger, which seems to charge to the 4.2V maximum. I did not time how long that took or remove them as soon as the light turned green but also did not let them sit in the charger for more than an hour extra. Then I shot continuous video until each died, deleting the files after each one. The Wasabi recorded 60 minutes (I only tested one of the pair), the STK 78 minutes and the OEM 84 minutes. Based on other reviews I've read, I should also note the Wasabi was the lightest battery at 0.66 oz, STK was 0.72 oz and the OEM 0.79 oz. so that is somewhat an indicator of the performance you could expect from a cell. I will hopefully remember to update this review by this summer and alter the rating if needed. As of this "fresh from the box" test, I'd definitely purchase more STK even though you could get two Wasabi for nearly the same price. I don't want to have to carry a large number of spares into the backcountry with me (or wait longer to recharge so many for the next leg of my trips). Hopefully the long-term performance matches the OEM. UPDATE 8/31/14: I finally redid a test. I should note that after last summer I left most of them sit in a discharged state for several months (yes, I know you should charge them before storage) and one of the Wasabi would not charge in either charger after that. I should also note that this time I was running CHDK firmware hack and IS was on (though the camera was not moving). I also was taking video in 1280x720 (I believe it must have been low res before as I don't recall having to restart so often once the 4 GB file limit is reached.) Anyway, I must say I was quite surprised by the results. The remaining Wasabi recorded 54 minutes, which was better than my perception of its current ability, one STK recorded 71 minutes and the other did 78 minutes. The OEM did 84 (this one was also not freshly charged - it had been sitting for several weeks!). I really would have expected after 2 years of usage for the capacity to have dropped noticeably, but it seems at least the STK and OEM are performing near as well as their first charge. I've read it takes a few charges to reach full potential of a Li-ion battery, but I can't imagine increasing that much. I'm not a heavy user except during my trips but these were great followup results as far as I'm concerned.

Works just like my Canon OEM batteries
I can't tell any difference between using this battery and my original Canon OEM batteries. This one seems to last the same and takes the same amount of time to recharge. Even if it did last a little less, as some reviewers claim, the price savings way outweighs that. This battery is a bargain. I bought two of these for less than the price of a single Canon battery. (I've only used these for about two months so I don't know if they will last as long as the Canons.)
