Top Performance with THE Greatest Customer Support
I installed this 3-stage system in 2020. I was impressed by the quality and the ease of installation. The water quality immediately improved in taste, clarity/turbidity and scale build-up. We have been VERY pleased with the performance and cost effectiveness of this System & the iSpring replacement filters. Additionally, over the years, whenever I had a question, a call to Customer Support got me to a LIVE knowledgable person with real answers. Recently, after 5 years of use, one of the filter caps (black female threaded piece that accepts the blue filter housing) developed a crack. I called Customer Support first thing to check about a replacement repair part. Within seconds my call was answered by Nick and within 2 minutes Nick thoroughly understood my situation. He indicated, even though I was well beyond warranty, he would ship me a complete new top machine head (all 3 black caps assembled together in a new mounting bracket). All Nick needed was a copy of my original invoice and my shipping address. This Customer Support was the BEST I have ever received (and I’m a 77 year-old Handyman/Engineer). Entire call lasted less than 5 minutes and the whole mood was positive and focused on fixing my issue. Oh, additionally, the Machine Head arrived in less than 2-½ days (55 hrs.from my call!!)!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

iSpring is really your only option
Product: iSpring WGB32B 3 Stage whole house filter. Date installed: June, 2022 First Filter change: May, 2023 (note house is barely used from Nov to May, seasonal log cabin) Upstate NY, well water Filters: Sediment filter => GAC+KDF filter => CTO Carbon filter Professional plumber install - paid $800, well worth it, they have the tools, they have the skills, they have the patience, well, most of the time. To do it over again: would 100% get the Spin-down filter to lessen load on sediment filter. May still do this but may not have room. Nick, if you're reading this and seeing the pics, what do you think? We research every major purchase, whole house filter was a major need. Built a log cabin on a small lake in the Adirondack park in upstate NY. Well drilled about 200'. Water is potable, tested several times, but there was some flakey silver particles and other sediment in the toilette and clogging up the screens. Water tasted just fine but needed to get rid of this sediment. We looked at several companies and settled with iSpring for the sheer quality of their product and the amazing customer support. I dealt with Nick in the beginning of the purchase process and he guided me to the right product and the right filter combinations. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and understand customer service and a good dude. Was going to give it go to install it myself as there are good videos out there but went the professional plumber route and glad I did. We included a bunch of shut-off valves with a bypass and plumber put in a faucet to relieve the pressure when you change the filters (great idea). I wish he had put a pressure valve before the filter system and afterwards to see if there's pressure drop. We had one small issue which was one of the cannisters was damaged in transport (threads). Called iSpring, luckily Nick picked up, and he sent me replacement right away. Installed with no leaks, no issues. You will notice what the sediment filter is picking up which is amazing that was going through the house and we were drinking it. Water is clear, no sediment in toilette bowl or the faucet screens and taste amazing - neighbors come here now to fill their water bottles. We changed the filters after 11 months (6 months of heavy use). Sediment filter was replaced (obviously after seeing the pics), KDF filter was fine, carbon filter replaced but looked okay too (see pics). We finished our basement over the winter and the unit is now enclosed. Note: not easy removing the housing to change the filters, you will need two of those wrenches for sure. They're heavy when full of water so have a bucket underneath. When re-installing, don't overtighten and make sure your gasket is good and apply a bit of silicone to it before spinning it back on. Make this purchase, you will be amazed and even more amazed by the excellent support you get - that's what really did it for us as iSpring stands out in this area. Thanks Nick and the entire team there.

Great after 10 years of use.
I purchased this for well water in December 2016 and now it's April 2026. The system has been very reliable, even though I have not (with the filter changes). Other than being a Pro: -The water was consistently excellent. -It was easy to install -The design with 3 cartridges gives me some flexibility in what filters I can select -I don't have to drain the system first -Everyone knows how to use these systems, so it is easy to have someone help me with filter changes. Con: -It's little difficult to open. The Blue cylinder is full of water and often drops several inches to the floor of the crawlspace, splashing everywhere. I try to 'catch' it and prevent any damage, but have failed. Despite these shocks, it has not cracked or leaked. -Sometimes it's hard to balance the O-ring on when screwing it back in.

Best company and customer service on planet earth... you can't go wrong with this system...
The 3 stage system works great! But the customer service is even better. Let me explain... I purchased this system in April 2019. It is recommended to change the filters annually... BUT, if you cannot release the water pressure on the system, you will never be able to unscrew the large filter housings. My first system manifold design had "red" pressure relief buttons so you could remove the pressure and thus unscrew the massive blue filter casings. I had issues with the "red" buttons not releasing the pressure enough to remove the blue filter housings so I contacted iSpring and they sent me another manifold without any buttons at NO CHARGE! They suggested installing a regular water spigot on the incoming and outflowing line to release the pressure so that it would be possible to unscrew the filter casings. As you can see in the pictures, the system works great. In the last few days, I changed out my filters again for the 6th time and for some reason, the middle manifold filter receiver developed two pinhole leaks. Once again I contacted iSpring and spoke to John. I explained the problem and he immediately sent my yet another manifold to replace the second one... NO CHARGE! I know of no other company on planet earth that stands behind their products like iSpring. I highly recommend this system if you are serious about having clean and healthy water to drink. This system is well made, robust in design, will last for years, and you will not believe how well this system filters your water. This system has the sediment filter and two charcoal filters. The area where I reside likes to brag about our water quality. DON'T BELIEVE IT. The sediment filter catches so much sediment that when I change the filters, the water in that filter is literally muddy. I am not embellishing, the water is muddy. If I wasn't filtering that stuff, I would be drinking it and would have no clue that I was ingesting dirt into my water. Hats off to iSpring and John for having such outstanding products and customer service. Tom in Collierville, TN

Good System, Excellent Support, Prone to Leaks
I read about how most public water standards are well below what is ideal for drinking and cooking. I also had issues earlier this year with my tankless water heater failing with sediment. So, I purchased this filter system from Amazon along with the spin-down sediment filter and the UV filter. It seemed to be a reasonable investment to have cleaner water. I am not a plumber, but I am pretty handy so I took on installing this as a DIY job. After watching a couple youtube videos from Ispring on how to do the install, I got some cPVC pipe and shark-bite fittings in order to cut this system into the water line just after it enters my home in the basement. It is quite large, so make sure you have plenty of wall space. I did most of the assembly on a bench and then transferred it in sections to mount on the wall. It only took a few hours going slowly to make sure I did it properly. The housing is plastic, so metal fittings can crack the unit if you are not careful and overtighten them. The entire install seem to go fine until I turned the water on to check for leaks. The inlet and outlet connections leaked form the start. I tried wrenching the fittings in tighter, but that just made the leaks worse. After retrying to adjust the fittings, I ended up with a crossthreaded inlet. I called Ispring and they immediately sent me parts and advised me to go heavy on the teflon tape next time. After receiving the replacement parts, I took their advice and used 7-9 wraps of high quality teflon tape on the inlet and outlet fittings and I was able to clear up the leaks. It has been 4 weeks and it seems to be working well. I can already see a difference in the reduced amount of sediment in my toilets.

Great Filtration System!
Before you consider buying do yourself a favor and purchase one of those water testing strip kits. They typically sell for less than 20 bucks. This way you can target only what you need. For my case, I have city water and the Chlorine was above average running around 3-5 ppm. Should be around 0.5 so for whatever reason it was high. On top of that my daughter has eczema so the chlorine content was causing too many problems. After installation, the test strip shown the chlorine to go down below 0.2. Worked great! The water quality is a noticeable difference after showers. No smell and of course the taste has improved. I have yet to see the difference with the eczema/red hands but expecting this to be in a better condition soon. So why four and not five stars? The plastic piece that they provide for both the inlet and outlet of the unit is not ideal. As mentioned in many other reviews. You need lots of tape! I had a plumber do the install and he had to re-cut pipes due to the leak after the first attempt. I can only imagine this is seen a lot with the DIY'ers. If they can provide a copper threaded coupling Im sure it would save lots of aggravation. Outside of that I love this product and it absolutely works beautifully! If you have water issues, this is the one. They wanted me to reference a customer service rep with this review - "Iris"

Great product with great support!
I’ve been using my iSpring whole house water filtration system for five years now, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best home investments I’ve made. The water quality is consistently excellent, the system runs reliably, and maintenance has been straightforward. After half a decade of daily use, I still absolutely recommend it. I also want to give a special shout‑out to Nick from customer service. He went above and beyond to help me with a recent question, and his professionalism and follow‑through made the experience even better. It’s rare to find a company that pairs a great product with truly exceptional support, but iSpring delivers on both. Highly recommended.

WGB32B iSpring Whole House Water Filtration System
We live in a small town that has experienced frequent periods of discolored water for decades. We'd see it in our toilets, sinks, and bath tubs, knowing it is in our food as well. It would last a couple days and be gone. We purchased a 10' x 10' x 30" kiddie pool for the grandchildren, set it up, filled it, and the water color was disgusting. It was almost the color of tea. We drained the pool, washed it out, and purchased a small filter that attaches to the garden hose. Refilled the pool again and the water was again discolored, but not as bad. Drained the pool again and put it away until we could resolve the water issue. We didn't need a water softener, nor did we want the purchase and upkeep expense for those types of systems. We did research online and found that iSpring filter units kept popping up as one of the top three best rated whole house filters. They're competitively priced and installation looked straight forward. We found the unit that we believed best suited our needs and purchased the model WGB32B unit off Amazon. This unit came with three filters; 5 micron particulate and two carbon filters. It arrived in a few days, and after reading the instructions I decided to install it myself. Our house has CPVC water piping so that made things easier. A trip to the hardware store for $50 worth of pipe and fittings and we were ready to be "plumbers". I first mounted the manifold unit (minus the filter housings) securely to the wall next to the main water supply line. Don't skimp on secure mounting as this unit is fairly heavy (maybe 40 lbs dry), even with out being full of water. I laid out the piping and fittings in the configuration I'd draw up before starting, cut the piping after some measuring, and "dry fit" (not glued, only hand fastened) everything together. After some adjustments, I shut off the water main, drained the pressure, and as much water that would drain. I cut into the CPVC main line at a predetermined place, drained residual water, dried the piping off, and started installing the piping and fittings, gluing them together starting at the main water pipe and working my way around the filter piping system. Once together, I allowed the glue to cure for an hour. While waiting for the glue to cure, I installed the cartridge filters into the housings and installed them onto the manifold, snugging them with the included wrench. After an hour, time for the leak test. I had all faucets in the house open. I slowly cracked open the main water inlet valve and slowly closed each faucet in the house. I could hear water filling the cartridges as the air was being pushed out of the system. Once the air was purged, and all faucets closed, the system came up to full house pressure. No leaks! I closed the filter bypass valve and we opened the closest faucet to the iSpring system and allowed water to flow for 10 minutes as instructed in the directions to flush out any carbon particles (didn't notice any visual carbon particles). Checked for leaks again. All good! We ran water in each faucet to flush the house system for about 15 minutes. Checked for leaks AGAIN. All good. Still not leaks. A couple installation notes: 1) For the threaded connections on either end of the manifold, I used 12 wraps of Teflon pipe tape AND a coat of good pipe sealant on top of the tape. The instructions said this could be a leak point, so I took no chances. I carefully tightened the adaptors into the ends of the manifold. I did not "bottom them out", but was a few ticks tighter than "snug". The manifold is a type of heavy plastic. I was using PVC fittings, but if you're using metal, be careful. Over tightening could crack the manifold. 2) As stated above, use heavy hardware to fasten the unit to the wall. I used a 2" x 10" board screwed into the wall studs with nine #9 x 3" deck screws, then lag bolted the manifold to the the board. The heavier the better. Do not use wall anchors in drywall! Do not use small screws such as drywall screws! If you have to, build a mounting bracket. 3) I installed a low point drain on my system. When it comes filter changing time, I wanted to be able to close the inlet and outlet filter valves, open the bypass valve, drain the pressure and and much water out of the manifold as possible. I can also use this as a low point drain for the house system if that's ever needed. I encourage you to do this as well. 4) I did not install union fittings in my system. This would allow removal of piping without the need to cut the pipe. If I had anything that I'd change, that would be it. I trusted my threaded sealant and gluing, but any leaks and I'd been cutting CPVC pipe out to fix the leak(s). We've only had our iSpring system up and running for one day, but we could tell a difference immediately. The water in our white porcelain toilets is actually CLEAR. It'll be interesting to see how long the particulate filter lasts in the conditions we experience with our city water. I expect 6 months with our city water condition. We shall see. I registered the iSpring system online. I received an email from Sean within an hour thanking me for the purchase and telling me to contact him with any questions I might have about the system in the future. So far, we couldn't be happier with the iSpring system. I am confident we made the right choice and look forward to not worrying about the water we use and consume.

Was easy to install and water tastes great
I have a chlorine feed pump and softener. It's really difficult here to find someone to service water systems so got rid of my iron filter and carbon filter, my water softener takes care of the iron. In its place I installed this 3 filter system and after a month still works great. Easy to service and was easy to install, just make sure you use enough plumbers tape on the threads when screwing in the fittings on the filter unit. I didn't bother to plumb a bypass for it, just put a shut off between my softener and this filter unit. Installed another shut off on the other end of it and a drain tap to relieve pressure when it comes time to change the filters.

Very happy with this product!
Performed better than expected. There is zero taste in my water after installing this filter. I hade a little leak on the outlet of the housing ( my fault ,is plastic and maybe i cross-threaded) called costumer service and talked to Nick and he send me a new housing. Top notch costumer service and a great product….
