It works perfectly fine

This product came in about 3 days from when I ordered which was very impressive! It was nicely packaged, the charger isn't apple, but I don't really care because all my devices are apple so I have corresponding cords. The iPad itself was functional and charged when received. It had a minor scratch in one corner but nothing to be upset about. I got a screen protector right away and with it, you can't even see the scratch. The battery lasts all day...I repeat...the battery lasts ALL DAY. And this is very important because I'm a full time med student and have to use this for 8-12 hours a day. I was skeptical about buying a used technology product, nonetheless an iPad, but I have to say, I am completely amazed, and the amount of money I saved just makes it that much better. When it comes to purchasing these expensive products though, DO YOUR RESEARCH. I spent a while looking around at the best deals, going to different sellers, reading reviews, and seeing all the different options. This is by far the best outcome I could have hoped for. One of the best deals i’ve got! It came in excellent condition (although I purchased it as good), no obvious signs of use anywhere on the exterior. Screen quality is great. And the battery life came as a 97%! This is the price of a 64g on other websites — but for 256g, this is such a great deal. My pad also came well-protected, with bubble wraps and a charger. Great seller and even shipped fast.

When I received the renewed iPad, I used the included cable and charger (which both looked to me like Apple OEM) to try to charge it. But it only charged 3% then quit charging. So I moved it to a different outlet. It resumed charging but again quit after a few percent. After having had it plugged in for 24+ hours it was still only about 10% charged. So I asked Amazon for a replacement. Long story short, the replacement process was more stressful than it needed to be. The replacement iPad also only charged a few % then quit. I came back here to read reviews and saw some saying the charger didn't work. I used a different charger and had no trouble charging it to 100%. There was probably nothing wrong with that first iPad. The iPad itself seems great so far

I selected refurbish- excellent quality. Highly disappointed it has multiple scratches on the main screen not the screen protector that it came with. One of the corners is dented. It is a huge disappointment. Refurbish excellent quality in my mind has a completely different exception when receiving a product. I hope this review helps other choose wisely. Also take into consideration that the product does work just fine. However when in procreate randomly i saw two very thin lines apear on the screen. They would disappear and reappear randomly. Not sure if that is a software issue or display. I am pretty sure the screen is not original and 3rd party repaired. If i had a choice again i would not buy from this seller again. Huge disappointment. worst excellent condition i have ever seen. The seller should be banned from selling for falsifying quality condition.

Packaged well. The product wasn’t charged but overall looks great and as described.

Every time I’ve purchased refurbished devices from Apple, I’ve never been disappointed. My daughter purchased this so she could use it to help her in graphic design work and sketching. She bought screen protectors that are paper-like and has used this iPad with no problem since purchase. I waited some time to review but I just wanted to and how amazing it is that refurbished devices are available. I not only recommend this iPad but recommend buying used / refurbished whenever possible.

Best experience, it's just scratchless. For some reason they sent me with a note that they sent a 512gb for same price which is definitely something everyone will wish for. Recommended store!!!

Este producto llegó en tiempo y en perfectas condiciones tanto físicas como funcionales, una duda que tenía era respecto a la versión del sistema operativo y me da gusto ver que está actualizado al día de hoy, así que solo queda disfrutar y aprovechar este dispositivo.

Casi dos años usandola , la compré en Julio del 2024 y sigue perfecta y yo le doy muuuucho uso por que ilustro muchísimo en procreate y la llevo a todos lados. Lo único que no sirvió muy bien fue el cargador con el que venía pero compré un cargador de carga rápida y listo!

Worst experience I’ve ever had I’ve been trying to return the iPad for almost two weeks and they keep delaying it as if they were just glad to get rid of it.
