So far so great! Absolutely fantastic! It is a dream to draw on with the Apple Pencil 2. Furthermore it charges magnetically. No more running out of juice! It has great battery life. Fantastic display! I LOVE THIS IPAD SO MUCH! I can't really tell that its not brand new. Procreate a dream with the Apple pencil 2. Just remember, if you want to do art on the Ipad Pro, you will need an Apple Pencil 2cnd Generation-cost 130$-you don't want to buy old/refurbished Apple Pencils! A new one is obviously ideal, but 1000$, plus the apple pencil (130$) and the protection case (40-80$) is ridiculous. My husband got a Omen 15L (decent little computer, low end of Gaming pcs.) for literally half of the price (well, on sale from 999%, but STILL. You can also get a REALLY nice portable 14" Wacom tablet for 899$. So If you're going to spend that much, might as well get a Wacom! So yeah, don't buy the latest model unless you are lucky to have a large amount of disposable income. Refurbished works GREAT!

I ordered this 1st gen iPad Pro after doing a lot of research. A few things were important to me: price, sound, battery health, and charging. All exceeded my expectations. The price was very good. The sound quality is excellent and does not distort on the highest setting when I want to listen to music, books or movies and am not right next to the iPad. The battery health is 92% which with this renewed product this age I expected at 88% as promised. Finally, I wanted charging with a usb-c to usb-c. This was the first generation to use that method and why I started my search at 1st gen. It takes good pictures although that’s not what I bought it for. I did want much higher than 64GB storage and this unit has it. I imagine it will be good for a work tablet alternative but that’s not why I purchased it. I got it for entertainment only and I’m very pleased with my iPad Pro 1st generation. The shipping was quick. Required a signature, which I appreciated because our post will sometimes just throw packages next to the mailbox along the road. It was well packed. I do wish it would have come with a usb-c to usb-c charging cable and charger rather than the usb-c to usb charger and cord but that didn’t affect my thoughts on the value of this iPad Pro nor my rating of the product. I have plenty of cords and chargers. The iPad itself has no scratches or dings anywhere. The screen is great, and has a screen protector on it that it arrived with. I would definitely recommend this seller as they are true to their word in their posting.

This product came in about 3 days from when I ordered which was very impressive! It was nicely packaged, the charger isn't apple, but I don't really care because all my devices are apple so I have corresponding cords. The iPad itself was functional and charged when received. It had a minor scratch in one corner but nothing to be upset about. I got a screen protector right away and with it, you can't even see the scratch. The battery lasts all day...I repeat...the battery lasts ALL DAY. And this is very important because I'm a full time med student and have to use this for 8-12 hours a day. I was skeptical about buying a used technology product, nonetheless an iPad, but I have to say, I am completely amazed, and the amount of money I saved just makes it that much better. When it comes to purchasing these expensive products though, DO YOUR RESEARCH. I spent a while looking around at the best deals, going to different sellers, reading reviews, and seeing all the different options. This is by far the best outcome I could have hoped for. I was somewhat worried about purchasing a renewed product. However my expectations have been exceeded. iPad arrived in excellent condition. No apparent scratches. After a brief charge it was an easy restore from by backup. No issues after a month. I did receive the wrong charger cord. I was immediately shipped a new one by Chrome Support.

One of the best deals i’ve got! It came in excellent condition (although I purchased it as good), no obvious signs of use anywhere on the exterior. Screen quality is great. And the battery life came as a 97%! This is the price of a 64g on other websites — but for 256g, this is such a great deal. My pad also came well-protected, with bubble wraps and a charger. Great seller and even shipped fast.

When I received the renewed iPad, I used the included cable and charger (which both looked to me like Apple OEM) to try to charge it. But it only charged 3% then quit charging. So I moved it to a different outlet. It resumed charging but again quit after a few percent. After having had it plugged in for 24+ hours it was still only about 10% charged. So I asked Amazon for a replacement. Long story short, the replacement process was more stressful than it needed to be. The replacement iPad also only charged a few % then quit. I came back here to read reviews and saw some saying the charger didn't work. I used a different charger and had no trouble charging it to 100%. There was probably nothing wrong with that first iPad. The iPad itself seems great so far

I have only had this iPad for a year and a few months. I bought it in October of 2023 and it no longer turns on. The battery logo comes on when it plugs in but will not power up further than that. I only use it for school and have never dropped it or done anything to the point where it would stop working so soon into owning. Very upset.

Estaba queriendo comprar una iPad nueva para mi hijo, estaba entre la iPad 9th o la Air 4th, ambas de 64GB, la primera en 9,000 y la segunda en 15mil… Encontré esta con mejor chip, mejor almacenamiento y aparte mejor pantalla (Retina con 120Hz) por un poco mas de la de 9mil y un poco menos de la de 15mil, justo el punto medio. Llegó en muy buen estado, apenas unas “marcas” en su carcaza de aluminio de golpes muy ligeros, el cargador está muy corriente, pero carga bien, muy muy satisfecho! Actualización: dejó de cargar por un error en la lógica, la llevé a Apple y con el pdf de dictamen de “no reparable” Amazon me mandó etiqueta de devolución y me regresará mi dinero, compraré otra igual renovada sin duda.

Best experience, it's just scratchless. For some reason they sent me with a note that they sent a 512gb for same price which is definitely something everyone will wish for. Recommended store!!!

Este producto llegó en tiempo y en perfectas condiciones tanto físicas como funcionales, una duda que tenía era respecto a la versión del sistema operativo y me da gusto ver que está actualizado al día de hoy, así que solo queda disfrutar y aprovechar este dispositivo.

Casi dos años usandola , la compré en Julio del 2024 y sigue perfecta y yo le doy muuuucho uso por que ilustro muchísimo en procreate y la llevo a todos lados. Lo único que no sirvió muy bien fue el cargador con el que venía pero compré un cargador de carga rápida y listo!
