these strings are head and shoulders above the rest , all rival companies are good but not in the same league and ive tried lots ,I always come back to these .il update on the longevity although I awarded 5 stars but im pretty hopeful these bad boys will last.

Pay the extra for Elixir strings...they're seriously worth it!
Excellent strings - the Elixir range really raise the game for any good quality acoustic. If you've tried the usual suspects (no names - but the ubiquitous types - even their higher quality options), then go for the Elixir range for a few extra pounds...they make a BIG difference. Both with resonance, tonality and longevity, that extra bit of money goes a long, long way. You get what you pay for in most aspects of life - and these no exception. I prefer the Polyweb for my guitars tonal quality, but the nanoweb and almost as good - but would suit a mahogany or deeper, warmer toned guitar perfectly.

Great long lasting sound
Have only bought these for years now, there’s no comparison. Yes they’re pricey but absolutely great sound that sticks around for twice as long. Highly recommend

Ok if a bit too expensive
Worked well on a Martin d18. String noise is reduced and seems to maintain that “ new strings” zinginess for longer. Still a bit too expensive to justify though.

Great sound and feel
Best strings I've used, easy on the fingers, keeps its brightness for ages and stays corrosion free. A little pricey but id rather pay the extra anyday.
