Light, comfortable, well-made
Getting older (76 yrs), I needed to downsize from 60-70 liter and reduce my pack weight... but not too much. This 58-lit pack is about right and was hard to find. All straps are much narrower than my Deuter but feel secure. I miss waist belt pockets, but will add a little pouch there. Haven't taken it out on a real multi-day backpacking trip yet. Feels fine for 3-4 mile test hike with 20 lbs. weight.

Great pack! Can’t wait to use it some more
This pack is perfect for me! I love how it comes in XS since I’m a little over 5 feet tall. I love how the brain of the pack comes off for times when I feel I don’t need it. I carried approx over 20lbs with this back and it was comfortable. After a 2 day trip I did see that my back was slightly swollen, but now I know I need to be more careful with making sure the pack fits me well with the weight.

Comfy
Wife loves this pack handles our 15-25lb load outs well. Very comfortable just wished it had hip belt pockets and shoulder strap lash points.

Light but roomy
Holds gear well, side pockets are deep.

Disappointed with pole attachment
Overall, I like the pack but the upper loop that is supposed to hold the poles is very flimsy. Even with only only one pole in it, it did not last through day one of my first trip with the pack. Other Osprey packs I have seen have a sturdier set up.

Osprey - Women's Packs - Eja 58
i just took the Eja 58 out on it's first backpacking trip. Over the weekend, I walked about 25 miles with the Eja 58 and it felt great! It fits the BV500 horizontally in the bottom of the pack. I had enough room for all my gear. I love the side pockets/pouches. they have a side entrance (near your back) and you can still get things from the top of the pockets/pouches. The top/hood of the pack is removable. It also has a really sleek lid (more of a flap) that is not removable. I haven't used the hydration feature yet, but it is compatible which is nice. I love the colors; the grey and aqua is amazing.I was worried about it being a woman's pack? I'm 5'2'' and sort of a thicker lady. I believe I have a long torso for being a shorter person. I may have a weird monster body. BUT I had no issues with the fit of the pack or the feel. It was great the entire weekend. I was able to easily adjust it myself while it was on.my only complaint is: There are SO many straps on the outside. I'm sure they'll come in handy? Or i'll end up cutting them off.

Great pack
Really comfortable pack. Firstly I felt some discomford on lower back but after adjusting the pack the problem disappeared. It is so lightweight but it seems a little like it can break easily. Took it to a 2 week hike and it hold on nicely and still looks like a new bag.

Bonita y vanguardista
