I have been annoyed of finding a right the car charge for my MB GLC 300 until I got this amazing stuff. I have to choose vent mounted charge with wireless charging feature. I have tried several products disappointed me until I met iCovfe. In the beginning I installed the majestic stuff, it looked great with bonus feature, IR-sensors auto clamping. However, I found another headache- the air vent would swing when car maneuver on the road. However, the additional air clip solves the issues completely, see the pictures. Now, I enjoy the perfect stuff behind the wheels!

This fast chargers pretty good and the LED indicator is nice, albeit you can't see it since any decent size phone completely covers it so you rely on the LED reflection you can only see at night. The rubberized grips are snug in holding my Galaxy S10+ even after hitting some potholes and speedbumps pretty hard.But I should have realized these IR-triggered grips seen on several chargers would be a gimmick. There is nothing more embarrassing than having coworkers or friends riding in the passenger seat with your phone still in your pocket and then all of a sudden this thing starts waving its grip arms sporadically any time there is a slight change in natural ambient sunlight. Always begs "what the hell is that" questions. Yes, the IR sensor is tripped by just SUNLIGHT nearly EVERY DAY.The other annoyance is that turning off my car kills the lighter thus USB power so the phone is naturally stuck in the grips. Luckily you can wiggle an S10+ w/case out of the dead grips pretty easily. Other annoyances are the hard to reach release button (if powered) to which I don't bother and just pull out the phone each time. And these guys managed a rather unsettling ugly, loud graphic on the face with "ICOVFE" in huge trendy lettering.

You must use a cord that is rated for rapid charge in order to charge your phone while using the phone, especially while using a mapping app (google map or Wayz - these apps are power hungry). I would recommend the Nimaso Usb C to Usb C 3.1 Gen cord (3.3 ft). This one worked well for me. I also ordered the Powlaken Super fast car charger that has both the PID port and Usb A port. This charger gives more than ample charging power very rapidly. I found that the weight of the phone and the charger were too heavy for the vent louver and the mount would tilt toward the floor. You have to angle the mount toward the roof of the car to compensate.Pros: Easy to use. The clamps open automatically when it detects an object near it. One button push to release. It comes with two vent mounts that hold the charger.Cons: The clamps will open and close (when the phone is not mounted) if the sunlight hits the sensor directly. The rubber tabs on the vent mount come off easily. They are not glued on very well. The combined weight of the phone and the charger is too heavy for the vent. There should be a dash or window mounting option.

Not too slow or too fast. When you touch the small piece of metal on the left, it opens up, and you can remove the phone. The quality is sturdy and nice. It sits in my car’s A/C vent grid steadily. The design looks pretty.

this was my first charging holderconsnot powered. my car kills the power when i turn off the ignition. i end having to pull the phone from the clamps. may not be an issue for you if your car supplies power to your port at all times.angle adjustments are fixed. you can't freely rotate and adjust angle. the vent clip eventually droops after a few drives from road bumps.if you drive without the phone in the cradle, it constantly open and closes from the sensor reading my driving hand.verdictit's just ok. i find the regular spring or magnetic mounts more useful as i rotate to use maps or move the phone to see/use vehical controls.

In the last month I’ve purchased 4 different wireless car chargers. Two of them wouldn’t charge my phone with the case on. A third was so bulky that it kept shutting the air vent. This is the only one that I didn’t return.The auto clamp works flawlessly. As soon as it senses you have your phone close to it it opens instantly and closes with a tight grip. Initially I was concerned that it didn’t have a tray to support the base of the phone. I ordered one that had a tray and quickly realized it was weighing down the air vent because it was so heavy. You do not need the support tray. The clamps hold the phone so tightly that it DOES NOT MOVE! This is a very smartly built charger. It has all the features and functions built right and it really is superior to everything else that’s out there.It has never failed to charge my phone and I have a very bulky Clayco case for my Samsung galaxy. It has up to 15W fast charging while most others only go up to 10W. I highly recommend this wireless charger. I was lucky to have picked it during a lightning deal, but wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again at full price.

I love this item, it works like a robot. When you move you phone towards it the arms automatically open. However, your car does need to be running when you remove your phone for it to automatically open and it has a little button that activates it. I still thinks it's quite clever and easy to work. I like it much better than the one I had and traded them out.

So far this product makes me and my phone happy. The product works well, holds the phone securely over bumpy and dirt roads. Just wish they had a suction cup mount to add to the adaptability for other places tl mount. The clips for the air vent are small and strong. The quick clip is a little easy to hit the release clip though. That was the only issue. So I use the other clip this is you have to press open. I will add further comments as time goes on.
