Great Value
Cheaper than buying a 6TB drive that does not have a USB 3.0 to SATA adapter.

Slow write speeds
This is an SMR drive & I’m getting intermittent very slow write speeds 2mbs with 100% disk activity. The drive passes all Seagate drive software checks, SMART & CHKDSK etc. it’s not overheating 38 degrees C. Can only assume the drive is failing or it’s the SMR technology. Will replace with WD blue or black drive as the it slows my PC during 100% disk writing.

This is actually a 3.5" drive. They need to correct the information showing it as 2.5"

Seagate doesn't make a 6Tb
Seagate does not offer a 6Tb, not even on their website.
