Is it true tri-ply thoughout or just the bottom (sandwiched)?

They are described as fully clad, not just the bottom.

Who's used this for more than a couple years? How has it lasted?

I’ve had this sauce pan since February 2021. It is a well built pan comparable to the old Revere Ware sauce pans which I am still using after 32 years. The only drawback I experience is the vent in the kid which is a good feature, but I forget to hold it straight when lifting it from the pan and dribble eater on the stove. This pan will last for many tears

The product description says it has ‘ceramic’ coating. Is this true? Sounds odd for a stainless steel cookware

I can't explain this. Sounds like someone goofed because there is NO ceramic coating on this pan..it is, as you noted, stainless steel. The only reference to ceramic in the detailed description mentions it is safe for use on ceramic cooktops.
