I was quite disappointed in this bag. First, it should be noted that the bag is much longer than the picture. It's more oval then tear drop shaped. Also, the loop on top is very long for a bag. My other bags are a small and a large which are much more "drop" shaped (ie. nice round belly for striking) and with nice tight small loops. The combination of these factors leads to a noticeably increased length of arc making achieving a good rate of speed rather difficult. The long length of bag and the loop also cause it to be really close to your face when your in near it and it also makes it harder to get under it for reverse skills. I've almost taken out my eye a couple times trying to reverse roll on it. Adding to this, I find the bag has a very small range of inflation between "too deflated" where it is very difficult to rebound, and "too hard" where it hurts your knuckles. Review: The speed bag seems fine. I am upset because there is not one ... - The speed bag seems fine. I am upset because there is not one lick of information regarding how or where to hang it or how to inflate it. It does say that the needed should be "wet" before inserting it into the bag. What needle? We do not typically inflate footballs or basketballs or speed balls. This is a first for me. At what level should the bag be hung? There is nothing to indicate anything to help with the use of this product. Very disappointing..........I did go online to Everlast but found nothing on their web site either. Hopefully, someone can help. It would be much more "likable" if I knew what to do with the product.

Worthless after about 30 minutes
This bag worked great for about thirty minutes. I noticed it was rebounding weird, so I tried to put more air into it only to hear it hissing right back out. Now it will not hold any air and is completely useless.

Good bag
This is a solid and durable bag. No complaints here as the bag seems very well made in my opinion.

Very nicely built and just the right size.
I'm not an animal when it comes to pounding on a speed bag, so this one will probably last a long time for me. Inflated, the bag measures an honest 7 by 10 inches (this is the LARGE size I'm talking about here.) It arrived nicely boxed by Amazon and the little container the bag comes in even has little rubber "feet". Not sure why it needs that kind of packaging but it's nice. The bag has excellent rebound and seems so far to hold its shape pretty well. Like I say though, I'm not an animal when it comes to using a speed bag so this bag is going to work nicely for my needs. I recommend it because of its quality and price. If it goes bad though, I will revise this review. For now though, I'm very happy with the bag.

Bladder deflates after minor use
When you 1st get this bag it's pretty nice, but after just two workouts it starts to wear out. The stitching starts to tear and it seems like it is made of synthetic leather. It has good rebound and is comfortable but wears out fast. The bladder in it wore out after using it twice, I need to re inflate it each time I want to use it, it loses all its air overnight. Overall it was just ok, maybe worth $20.

Won't hold air after two weeks
I am disapointed that a respected Everlast product has very low quality. After two weeks the bag will not hold air. I have never had a bag quit on me like this one and I am quite sure that I don't hit harder at 72 years old. It is a good size but it must have quality. Get withit Everlast!

Pop!
The gym I belong to requires that you bring your own speedbag. It was neat to have mine go "thud" and then deflate, but that means that I have to use something else until the replacement comes. On the upside, Amazon's Returns are Great!
