Great beginner cue
I personally think this cue would be great at it's original price ($100). But it performs well if you're just getting into/back into pool. I recommend it

Turned me into Efren Reyes the way those sneakers turned Bow Wow into MJ
Look, I know how this sounds. I know a pool cue is a stick with a tip on it and physics doesn't care about brand names. And yet.I picked this thing up expecting the usual sup-par performance ending with me embarrassing myself in front of people who "just play casually" but are secretly hustlers — and instead I ran three racks in a row like I'd been possessed by the a Filipino pool legend wearing slides. My friends started looking at me differently. Girls are finding me more attractive. Someone asked if I'd "been taking lessons."The balance feels genuinely good — solid weight, smooth stroke, none of the wobble you get from the bar cues that have been abused by a decade of drunk regulars. Is that why I'm suddenly draining bank shots I have no business making? Scientifically, probably not. Spiritually, absolutely.I keep waiting for the movie-magic to wear off, for someone to reveal this was a special "magic cue" I have to give back at the end of the third act. Hasn't happened yet. Still hustling my coworkers on Friday nights, still blaming the cue for my newfound and completely unearned confidence.Bottom line: great cue, real quality, and yes — I am absolutely giving credit to an inanimate object for a skill improvement that is probably just "I finally own my own equipment." Five stars, Bow Wow would be proud.

Great starter stick.
This was an upgrade to a $50 beginner stick, and the difference is amazing. The $50 stick was a great upgrade from the bar cues, but this Valhalla stick blows that away. I'd say it's great for beginners starting to learn or people trying to improve their skills. It's well-weighted and balanced. It's made of wood which is much better than the cheap graphite sticks. The stick feels amazing and you can immediately recognize the quality as soon as you put it together. It's very attractive and gets compliments every time.If you're somebody who plays regularly and have been considering getting a "good stick", I'd say this is the best one based on quality and price. You could find a cheap graphite one for $30-$60, but if you want to really make a difference in your game and hone your skill, this is definitely worth the purchase.

Great beginner stick
Great quality stick. Really surprised by the tip. Shoots straight. Looks good. Has a great feel in your hand: smooth shaft. Great stick for the money.
User
not a bad cue,
good cue for amateur players. it's smooth and straight. the taper could be better. I got the 13, wanted a 11.5 or 12 though. the finish is not super smooth but it's very good. it's worth the money.

Great price, great purchase!!
Excellent cue, I've owned the high end cues and this has the feel of one. Very balanced and comfortable to use. Highly recommend

Good second stick
After you're ready to graduate from the $50 sticks (many of which are still quite good) this is a good next step. I like the solid action of this cue. The default tip is quite good as well. I got the 21 oz version and it's perfect for me.Things I like:The glossy handle sticks to my skin a little so I get good contact with a very light gripThe shaft is already sanded smooth so it slides in my fingers without needing powder or glovesIncluded tip is greatThings I don't like:The mahogany finish is almost black even in normal pool room lighting. I have to take it out in direct sunlight to see any color at all and even then it's very darkThe balance point is a little further back than I'd like.

The very best.
It's a gorgeous cue stick and well worth the money spent~! It's a Viking cue stick, nuff said. Well made

Import cue?? Still good.
A replacement for my original. Was not aware these were apparently being made overseas now but the quality of manufacture still very good.A slight difference in the grain - maybe not Maple from the Americas?Otherwise quite happy.

Calidad
Muy buen material y color que elegí se ve muy elegante estilo madera clásico. Desde el primer golpe se siente la calidad de los materiales.Llegó incluso días antes de la fecha programada.

Very good quality pool cue
I'd bought a second hand pool table recently and it came with some very tired pool cues. After hacking around with them for a few days it became obvious they needed replacing. I did a bit of research for 'best bang for buck' pool cues and this came up as a strong recommendation. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but the quality of this cue means I do think it represents value for money. There's not a hint of an edge on the joins and the finish is fabulous. I would strongly recommend this cue

Good cue. No linen wrap.
Seems to be a solid basic cue. Arrived quickly and very well packaged, in perfect condition. Does not have linen wrap, just basic finished wood. Perfectly straight, connector works great. Good tip. Nice colour.
