Good, but not really for fabric
There are no instructions on how to use this tool. I have used a fabric grommet tool before, this works different. I bought this to use on felt. The back side can leave sharp edges. After I found this video on YouTube I was able to use it correctly. This video was a big help to me. [...]Since I'm using this on fabric I wish I would have bought a different type of tool, but it works pretty well once you figure out how to use it.

Buy a separate punch
The grommet setting part of the tool works pretty well. The hole punch snapped off after the 12th hole. Nice idea poor execution.
