Can I use this to seal my daughters crayola canvas paintings?

If the paintings are with Crayola crayons then no, the acrylic will not adhere.. if they are crayola poster paints then a spray varnish must be used. The first coat or two should be very light to prevent bleeding.

Can this be used in collage to make the image adhere to the paper? or is there a better thing to use for that?

It could be used to adhere a paper to another paper or a paper to a background of wood or canvas. I don't know whether it would be the best product for that purpose, though.

Can you use this in an acrylic and silcone pour painting and do you still need to seal it with this or another product?

You should use a product like this to seal any porous surface. Substrates like wood, for instance, tend to drink paints, silicones and resins if they arent sealed. If you are not using resin, i would use a polycrylic to seal it after your pour. Just make sure you wait until your pour is completely dry and you have cleaned off silicone residue.
