It’s actually works, it’s warm and comfortable

The blanket is enormous. Are people shrinking or something? I don’t want to sound like I’m “get off my lawn” years old (I mean, I am but still) but when I was younger, blankets averaged 72 inches long. Now I’m seeing them top out at 60. Did the average human height drop a foot and I didn’t notice? Do kids these days like having their feet freeze in the night? I’m constantly adjusting knitting and crochet blankets from “designed for a hobbit” to “designed for a human” and every electric blanket I’ve found before this runs more hobbit than human. This bad boy? At 62 inches wide, it’s longer on the short side than some are on the long side. At 84 inches long, it’s absolutely dreamy. I don’t end up with a knee or a foot poking out of it in the night.The cord is amply long. I was a bit concerned because the plug is by the foot of my bed on the right, but the cord connects to the top of the blanket on the left and I didn’t want it running across me, but I wanted access to the controls. I just swapped it around so the cord connects on the bottom right and the control switch had more than enough wire to come up to where I needed it and then fold down to being plugged in.The controls give you many options. You can set the temperature and time until it shuts off and you can see the temperature rise until it hits what you set it to. It’s really fast. As with a previous electric blanket, it took my orange cat less than five minutes to figure out how to turn it on for a warm napping spot.The material is soft and comfortable. The blanket is absolutely beautiful. There is nothing here not to love.

This blanket is huge. It covers my whole queen size bed as it should. It is soft, and warm without the heat. It warms up so quickly and the time control is great. Waiting for when it gets really cold to use it longer.

Very nice blanket, soft, queen size like I was looking for…but, not nearly as warm as I expected. I have an electric throw that was just not big enough, which gets so warm/hot that I have to turn it down or off.The “lowest setting” on this is supposedly 85*, highest 110*. My home is 65-68* at all times, so I KNOW when something is 20* warmer than my house. This blanket isn’t. It’s comfortable, I just expected warmer for the temps it’s claiming.

I like its temperature control, unlike the other blankets, it acts like a thermostat and adjusts the temperature based on your preferences.

I bought one of these for my son two years ago, and was so happy with it, I bought one for every member of the family. The blanket is comfortable, and reliable, they are all still going strong with constant use. I was pleased with the fabric, which is attractive and has maintained its look. There is nothing to complain about, we are totally happy with these.

It is soft and light weight! I am able to control the TOTAL heat with one controller! It does take a little while to heat up and the controller is double wired so it's a little cumbersome to lay down out of the way? But still to have and electric blanket for a bed larger than full size that you can have total coverage whereever you stretch out and NOT have to be reminded of being solo but feel totally blanketed in soft warmth! Yum!

I’m not sure how long a heated blanket is SUPPOSED to last, but this lasted maybe 4 months? I used almost nightly and it did the job. The wires were fairly uncomfortable some days. I was very skeptical of the “washable” claim, I probably should have trusted my gut on that. I would recommend spot washing/hand washing it. Maybe even hang out to dry or dry with a blow dryer or something. Am very disappointed that it’s stopped working. For the price, I feel it should have been of higher quality. The blanket itself has tufts that come off of it, stick to you and the rest of the room when you walk around. This started after a month or so. The plug in goes in fine, but the blanket won’t function. It displays a red light that flashes three times, as shown on another review video.
