In the past 6 months, I've had to have two surgeries on my elbow - ulnar nerve release, and then ulnar nerve transposition. The second surgery has been far more painful, requiring a lot of heat/icing, to soothe the pain, as needed. The incision is on the back side of my arm, above the elbow. Not an easy place to hold a heating pad or ice pack. Then, I discovered this! It's wonderful, as it comes with two heating packs, which can be warmed, or placed in freezer. When needed, I just place a pack into the cuff, and slide it up my arm, positioning it where needed. Ahhh...relief!! Stays in place, even when sleeping, so I definitely like that! It can be adjusted pretty small, it considerably large! For the price - can't be beat! Well worth it - highly recommend!

This product was very easy to use. Having two ice packs was great. Because you could use one while the other was put in the freezer. Also the design of the belt keeps the ice pace from falling out of place.

These are great ice packs! Exceptional for the price! Good coverage area and stays cool for along time.
