Hi Guys,I love going gym and play basketball, I planned to buy this protein to get stamina boost and for gym purpose but what I got is "Plain ATTA".This I came to know when I mixed the so called protein with hot water, it formed lumps and it was only 20% soluble in water, unlike others which easily gets mixed in hot water with oats or muesli. There was no change in the body as I used it for almost a month.P.S: If you mix the ISO PURE protein with hot water it blends in easily.I have been going to gym and using protein for almost 4 years and this was the worst experience ever.
