It's having three speed option. Very comfortable for carrying. My wife using it during facial. It value for money.

iceThey are quiet but some fans might come with squeaky noice which is annoying if your ears are directly inline with the fans. Works great. not worth the price. You can get a regular Noctua case fans instead and connect to a mobile charger which can be cheap and silent.
