These are ok. Using them in the kitchen of a rented property for warmth and to cushion the step. Children like it, but it's not very thick. Easy to clean. Easy to set up and extremely light, so taking it away when we move won't be an issue. The colour is also quite nice. My one problem with it is that, if you try to cut the edges to lay them in a row, it's impossible to get a nice, neat trim.

I bought these as under pool matting and since the paddling pool was being set up on the grass I thought it would look nicer to have grass effect mats rather than ugly black ones.The mats are of a thickness that seems to be standard, and fit together fairly easily. However, as with all of these foam type mats, too much movement on them, or unevenness on the ground, causes them to separate quite easily. My main concern though is that the grass effect on the mats is actually a shiny coating that is incredibly slippery when wet, making them entirely unsuitable for use around a pool (the coating also faded after only a couple of days in the sun). I overcame this problem by placing a rubber backed doormat on the 'grass' mats and only allowing the children to enter/exit the pool from that area. We still had a few near accidents when someone forgot to use the doormat, particularly with visiting children, so next year I will be replacing these foam mats with the black rubber matting which has holes in it to allow the grass to grow through - the type used in some playgrounds - as this will allow water to drain away easily and not look quite as ugly as solid black foam matting.

We bought these for use in a cold tiled floor conservatory in which our rabbit lives. His soft furry paws meant he was sliding around on the tiles unable to run. We bought the grass themed mats to make it look authentic for him. When they came they were super quick and easy to fit. We laid the whole room in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, whilst the surface is bumpy so provides some grip, there is still a shine to the top of the mat which meant the rabbit was still sliding a bit and would only run on bits where there was a sheet on top of it.We noticed the back of the mats were a spongey cream foam with no shine so we have flipped the mats over and now he is running like a lunatic on the grippy surface. The mats are comfy to sit and kneel on without pain and they have warmed the room a lot now the cold tiles have gone. Whilst we are using them upside down for the grip, the original grass design was really realistic and pretty - I would highly recommend this product (as would the bunny).

Used 28 tiles to protect the wooden flooring for my young daughters new play room. The beechwood looks excellent and the product is good quality. They are less than 60cm when using more than four tiles as the boarders are removed. Easy to cut them short using a steak knife. Very happy.

I got the idea of this from my breeder who had bright coloured gym flooring that was gifted to her by local school. I wanted to put something down under puppy play areas to protect carpets. It is perfect! We are now in discussion about using this to refloor our spare room. It’s soft, durable and easy to clean. Easy to cut to shape if needed and comes in a variety of colours and styles

These mats were perfect for our garage as we have turned it into a gym. Really easy to fit & great quality! My two dogs have had a good run around on them too & there are no claw marks or damage. Would recommend!!Recently bought some more as I didn’t have enough & they sent ones that are a different finish & cut so they DO NOT fit into the original ones!! 2 weeks later still no solution! BEWARE

Great product. Has taken the cold out of our bathroom floor. Like any jigsaw you have to plan the installation to avoid mistakes. Fitted and sealed in about an hour. So impressed we are installing next in hallway and probably new Conservatory.

This is as high quality as you can expect. However, even if they say "non-toxic", that doesn't actually seem to be the case for EVA foam...they will offgass (release toxic chemicals in the air). It's probably not to a significant level, however the level of off-gassing decreases very quickly over the first few days, so might want to bear that in mind if using these that I might be good to let them air for a few days first.
