Swirl 16-Piece Dinnerware Set, Service For 4, Blue

This is a great set. The box was nicely packed. One bowl was broken so I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a whole new set.

Nice looking set of dishes. They are a little scratchy when you're using your utensils otherwise very nice.

Great product

We ordered 3 sets to serve 12. First off, it's beautiful. It really is a nice set. Why only 3 stars? Well, one dessert dish came shattered. I thought, no problem Mikasa is a big company I'll just ask them for a replacement. I was curtly told that they don't have any spares and that I should repackage the entire set and send it back. So... waste my time putting everything back in the box, doing the whole return thing and then going to UPS. Of course Amazon can't resell a set missing a piece so the entire rest of the set will end up in a landfill. What a waste of resources. I own many other nice Mikasa pieces but this will be the last product I buy from them.

Very nice quality and color

ZERO STARS! Although this is a beautiful set, it arrived with 2 very broken pieces. When I tried to return it, it provided a link to Mikasa customer service. So I called them and then I went through the hassle I taking pictures and sending a copy of my receipt, only to find out the pieces were on BACKorder and I’d be waiting WEEKS. Unacceptable since this was supposed to be a gift. I’m extremely disappointed in the product and the service that I received. I canceled the back ordered items and I’m going to return this set of dishes and purchase a completely different item, that is more likely to arrive in better condition. DO BETTER Mikasa!!!! 😡

I love these dishes. I ordered these as a backup set for the ones I already have. I searched for something that would not chip on granite counter tops and these have yet to get a chip after having them for 4 years. Im glad to have this set in case i need extra in the future.

The product is well made and has a nice appearance. However there was a delivery issue which was a bit difficult to resolve. When the boxes were opened we discoverd a broken dish. I accessed my Amazon account for instructions on obtaining a replacement. I was directed to contact Mikasa for a resolution which I did. The call with Mikassa went well and I provided requested information regarding the purchase along with a photo of the damaged bowl. I did receive a replacement but it did not match the set I had purchased. I went to back to Mikasa and explained the issue with the replacement bowl. I was told I would receive a replacement which would match the set. A longer than expected delivery time passed and I had not received the replacement. I called once again was a little more firm in my request for the replacement. I believe my frustation was understood and Mikasa sent the correct item via FedEx. While this was utlimately resolved the effort to receive a resolution was a bit much.
