Stylish, chunky, good bluetooth connectivity, narrow opening for charger cable.
The case is very sturdy and stylish - makes the iPad look like a laptop. Keys have a nice touch. Bluetooth connection works brilliantly - this replaces an apple keyboard which stopped working and I prefer the touch and the connection offered by this device to the apple one which was fiddly to attach. It is heavier though than the apple one - significantly so and chunkier in size. You cannot have everything! One thing to watch is that my Belkin charger cables won’t work - the opening to allow a cable access is too narrow. Other apple cables with a narrower neck will pass. On the up side, being so narrow there is no play and the cable is supported thus reducing wear and tear on the port. I asked the seller if this was a fault and they were very quick to confirm it was not and was part of the design.

A lot of keyboard for a fair price.
Well, I’m using the keyboard to type this review. After several hours of use, I can’t see anything that justifies less than five stars overall. Fitting the iPad to the case is simple, very little fiddling about is required and a quick-release button allows easy removal. Bluetooth pairing was easily achieved and there were no issues with the charging cable. At this time, I’m not sure if the body of the keyboard is metal or plastic - either way it’s sturdy, smart and stylish. The keyboard is responsive and I have noticed few if any issues with it. A thin, flexible plastic cover is provided as protection against dust/spills/fingerprints etc.For the price, this appears to have been a very good buy and, at this stage, I would definitely recommend it for owners of older iPads who are unable/unwilling to spend much money..

Great build quality, features and styling
Apple quality build but probably a more reliable keyboard and real attention to detail in the styling. I like some of the additional features such as dedicated keys for brightness, volume, copy, paste and screen wake. A huge improvement on the unreliable and appalling Apple smart cover I had. Very well thought out and the only way they could really improve anything would be to charge the iPad through the smart connector rather than having to run a cable up to the connector. The battery will give you about half a charge if you run low. It's a bit of a weight with both the iPad and case but worth it. Fantastic value for money!

Battery lasts a lot longer than some people have mentioned in previous reviews. Quite heavy but feel ipad is safe inside
