650 Studios Qi Wireless Desk Charger with AC Adapter and 6 Foot USB Cable - works with Nexus 5, Nexus 4, Lumia 920

I guess I should have read the reviews before buying this (got blinded by the price).I had a Palm Pre Plus with a Touchstone charger--when I got my Lumia 830 and saw it had Qi charging I was happy that I'd be able to just plop my phone down and have it charge... well, this thing isn't as convenient.1) It is hard to find the right spot to get charging to start2) Once charging starts, the phone slowly slides down the face and outside of the charging zone (Palm had it right when they built the Touchstone: it has magnets that hold the phone in the correct position) [sliding is worse when on work desk where simple activities like typing cause enough vibrations to have the phone slip...]3) Even when it doesn't move, it randomly stops charging...Only nice thing is the color LEDs on the side so I know when it stops working (though the blue is very bright when on your nightstand...).I'd return it if it wasn't that I'd thrown the box out before I discovered how much of a pain it is... definately not worth $60 list price... barely worth the $20 I paid (I'm trying double-stick tape to see if that keep the phone from sliding).

The angle is great to use the device while being charged, but...It has a tacky surface which needs to be washed with water from time to time.It does not have magnets like Palm Touch Stone (which, unfortunately, is not Qi compatible).Consequently, it does not work at all for phones that are curved in the back as they just slide off.

It works, but takes a lot of time to place the phone correctly in order it could charge it than the time it takes to plug your phone to the adapter.in addition , some times it stoped charging without any reason in the imddle of the night.

I've been using this charger for a few weeks and it's great. I use it at my bedside to charge my phone at night. It's really nice not having to deal with plugging and unplugging my phone. I like how clean my table looks without having a charging cable lying around. I also like that it is angled so I can see the screen without having to pick up the phone. I have a nexus 5 with a slim case and the phone does not slide off.

Worked ok. very finnicky about placement. annoyingly bright leds. Crapped out within 6 months and went in the garbage.

wireless charging is in its infancy don't buy it

I use it as a stand/charger for my Nexus 5 at work, and it charges my phone even when I am streaming music. I haven't had any overheating issues, and the slanted surface grips my phone surprisingly well at the perfect angle to reply to a text quickly without taking the phone off of the charger. I will be buying another one to use at home.

Product came on time with no damage. Very good idea you don't have to play with cables to charge your phone. Very convenient and quick. I choose angled so you can see the phone without picking it up. The only one cone I found so far that it is not working very well with all phone covers.
