I absolutely love this fire table! The packaging was extremely durable. The only complaint I have is that it took over 6 weeks to arrive. Other than that, I have only positive things to say. It was very easy to assemble and I was able to do it by myself. I did replace the lava rocks with the blue glass, which looks stunning! I will likely purchase a wind shield as well.

This type of fire pit is made really poorly. After 3 years there are cracks and pieces falling off. Akoya told me that I should seal the unit to have it withstand the weather. We keep it covered and we don’t move the unit, yet it still is falling apart. They should not sell this unit in any climate where there is rain and snow. Keep your money and look for a better unit that will last.

This unit replaced a similar firetable we had. The quality is far superior and there is actually customer service available for parts or question needs. That alone makes this a great option, but the quality and finish push it to the top of the list if you are looking for a firetable.

I have never written a review before now, however, I don’t want others to share in disappointment after such an expensive investment. We were excited to purchase what we thought was a quality fire table to enjoy under our backyard pergola. This model comes with a protective cover. We purchased it Summer 2020, but it was back ordered. By the time we got it set up with a gas conversion (additional cost) we were able to use it six times before the cold weather hit. When not in use it was always “protected” under the cover. Last week, 7 months after installation, we decided to open it again for use. See what we found in pictures!!!! The manufacturer and Shop4Patio does not stand behind their merchandise. They told us to refinish it in our own-it had a 3 month warranty. This is not quality—don’t waste your money on this product or support this company. They do not care about customer satisfaction and because it is a third party seller, Amazon will also not get involved. This is the only recourse according to Amazon customer support! Buyer Beware!

What was good: the design of the table is good. Not great but good for the price point. It is light weight but also sturdy.What was terrible: the quality. We experienced issues on arrival which the company addressed by discounting the product but we were still left with a damaged table. Lead time was too long to wait for a new one.Fast forward to 1 year later and the paint is peeling away from the table.This is the crappy product. It was used one summer season, covered for the winter in two covers and began peeling this spring after opening up our patio. Would not recommend at any price. Just too many issues.

Update - only one year old and was covered for 6 months. Finish is peeling off - looks terrible ☹️ I guess it was cheap and LOOKS CHEAP!This fire pit is great. Looks similar to ones priced 3k. We have only used it so far on a couple of warm nights, so can’t comment yet on the heat output on a chilly night. We replaced the lava rock with 30 pounds of fire glass from the same company and it’s beautiful! We use our as table and footstool when covered.
