My doctor recommended these for me after my bariatric surgery. They are chewable easy to take help with extra calcium no side effects. I take them daily. They were great value. They smell really well and taste good I highly recommend these.

8/18/24 Addendum Review After 3rd purchase: no longer has the same sweet fruity taste. Now just have a plain chalk taste, something changed. I don't like it now. The company need to know 😕. 😞 Now I have to find something else. Review After 1st Purchase: After Gastric bypass surgery these are excellent to take, ease of use because you don't need water to take them. These vitamins have a powdery consistency, but it tastes just like a candy that I used to have when I was a child it does not have a horrible smell either. the size of it is not bad because as you suck on them they basically melt in your mouth. I love Barimelts vitamins, all of them. A few do break up in bottom of bottle but that doesn't really bother me. it's benefit versus risk. There are benefits in taking a vitamin that I like the taste of, I don't worry about a few of them chipping off, I really don't. I prefer this over having to swallow large vitamin capsules or swallowing pills at all.

I don't write reviews, but couldn't let this one go. I really should have read the reviews and images of the product labels beforehand. Lesson learned. They are advertised as dissoluble, they don't. I hold one in my mouth for several minutes & am forced to chew it because it will NOT dissolve! They are huge (think double-stacked Tums), taste horrible (make-your-mouth-pucker sour), and are VERY chalky. Plus, you have to take 4/each day! I can barely stomach chewing 2 while drinking water to help dig the chunks out of my teeth and wash the powder off my tonsils. I tried to return it & understandably, you can't. I am just going to throw it away and call this lesson learned. Hopefully this review helps someone else out!
