Great product
Perfect repair and super easy. 2 step epoxy made it simple and clean. Would buy again (but rear view seldom falls off)

Does NOT WORK!! Can Crack Windshield due to chemical HEAT!!
I bought this Loctite Rear View Mirror specific glue and it FAILED in 5 days. Mirror fell off. It was not my first Rodeo, so everything was done correctly. Bond was just no good in Florida Heat. To add injury to FAILURE...just a day before it fell off I noticed a 1 inch crack going left and right from center of the Metal tab on windshield. (It's grown to 3 inches but seems to have stopped now. Can't be felt on either side of windshield with fingernail or Razor Blade, so it's not to the exterior.....YET.) I used just ONE DROP in center and pressed it up to the glass and held it in place for proper amount of time. NO crack seen the next day when I put the mirror on. The "Activator" reaction with the glue must have had some serious heat that I didn't notice on my Thumb while holding it.I tried the Loctite cheaper Glass Glue as well since it is rated to 176F and I've measured temps of over 140F on my Truck windshield. It failed within hours of mounting mirror after letting tab cure for 48 hours.I'm trying the Loctite 5 Minute Epoxy now. It's only rated to 120F so I'm not hopeful...but it's still on after two days now. LOLIf this fails....I will use PERMATEX 5 Minute Epoxy that I have used on my Golf Clubs for Decades. I've NEVER had a bond fail on those clubs. Need the Heat Gun to change out shafts.P.S. I saw Ole' Scotty Kilmer using this stuff on YouTube and poo pooing people who say it fails...Pfftt...rofl :~)

Works great
Instructions were spot on. The product worked as it should. The repair was quick and easy, it took about 5 minutes to repair and another 30 minutes for the adhesive to dry

Still holding strong!!
After using a different brand to fix my mirror and having it literally fall off in my hand while adjusting it, I tried this product...Been a month now and it's still hanging on....One tip that I didn't think of until I already finished mine up...When applying the adhesive to the button that attaches to the windshield, instead of placing it directly in the center of the button, place it up a bit further towards the top...When you flip it over to hold it onto the windshield, that split second allows gravity to pull the adhesive down just a little bit...In my case the adhesive ended up covering about 75% of the button, with nothing at the top 25%, but it's still holding strong...I actually expected it to fall back off the next day, but not yet ...

Mine was opened and a mess
Mine was exploded inside the sealed container, maybe they weren't kind tonit during shipping but it was a mess when I opened it and had to pull the rear cap off to squeeze a drop of adhesive out of it to glue my mirror on. Luckily I purchased it for one application anyways and it worked great for that. Be sure to read instructions too as you do not want to be touching the prep pad or anything. Prep pad is to ramain inside packaging and you hold onto the packaging. Mine had the adhesive all over it so I wore nitrile gloves.
