Equate by a landslide! The packaging and color schemes are very similar, and they are both labeled for the same purposes. However, I’ve found that the Cottenele brand have a wet cardboard texture that will not easily dispense from their resealable container. The scent is also that of stale wet cardboard. One has to use several more each use to get the benefit of the very action it is purposed for. Equate has a soft texture that does fine dispensing one by one so as not to waste. Likewise, much more comfortable and sanitary. I prefer to use flushable wipes to clean my hands along with sanitizers and I’ve found that Cottenelle wipes leave particles and residue. Sorry Cottenelle, props go to EQUATE 100%

I like that they're not overly scented..strong enough and work as expected
