It does the basic well but still to pricey for what you get.
Overall I like about this stylus are the textured tip, solid build quality and nice design, replacement tips included, and the three shortcut buttons. Things I don't like would be the jitter when drawing diagonal lines slowly and limited customisation for the buttons. Depending on when you can buy this stylus, it's going to be quite pricey. But in Europe it's even more. If you're just looking for a stylus for writing, or just a general purpose stylus, I recommend the cheaper.

Cracking pen
Cracking pen to be used with my HP elitebook 360. It was a shame that my tablet was too old to fully experience the benefit of the tilt feature.

Works with Nokia T21 tablet
In a world obsessed with Microsoft, finding the actual spec. of these devices can be difficult. Wacom's initial response was 'works with Windows', however after a second email to support seems yes it supports the required protocol, although both Nokia and Wacom say it's untested; but I can say it does work fine with the Nokia T21 tablet. No idea on the battery life yet, and it took some time to charge initially. Once charged and paired - it installed Wacom Notes app and Wacom Bamboo Paper without prompting and that's quite useful, although the Bamboo Paper is not the 'full version' and you may want the 'Pro Pack' which is more ยฃยฃ, which given the device is the 'Plus' version is a bit off and why I only gave it 4 stars. Ignore the 4k pressure levels with the Nokia, at least with the apps I've tried so far.

Broken front button less than 2 years from purchase
Pens great, works nicely with my lenovo been very happy with it untill now where the front button has broken becoming mushy and hard to press. Its frustraiting. I know it is a fixable issue - at most its a new switch, but the pen is made completely non-repairable and im fairly sure would decintergrate if attempted to be torn down. While 90% still a completely functional item, it being non repairable means it now becomes significantly less usable. Considering replacable tips is something considered for this device, I feel like being able to replace the rechargable battery and the buttons (the next most likely to fail components) is not an insane step forwards. Wacom designers either considered this and ignored it, or never even thought to consider how customers should deal with their products as they end of life. Neither of which make me want to buy from them again as I feel confident I will end up in this exact same position 2 years further down the line.

Buttons sticking - sending back for refund
Bought after reading other reviews. The pen looks well made and connected to my surface seamlessly, However the top button is loose and the side buttons stick. Am returning for a refund and will probably get a surface pen this time.

OK pen but the nib is not very durable
The pen is ok. More or less accurate. Everything is ok just the nib with this pen is not durable. I have to replace one of my nibs after 1 week of using it. I was using the firm one with my tablet.

Battery always empty, and horribly imprecise
A rechargeable battery good only for a couple of hours? Marvelous idea! Because if you have it even in a pencil case, it will be activated now and then. And it is a lithium battery - so while an Apple pencil recharges its condensator within a minute or so (and you can do so during the meeting), you need to charge this *$%&! after the meeting using the USB cable. After the third meeting without power I decided that my old Lenovo pen is probably the more predictable choice. Precision is abysmal. I could not read my own handwriting. When I drew into the same OneNote notebook using the Wacom and the original Lenovo pen, it became clear why: The Wacom has juge jitter up and down of about one mm, while the Lenovo pen draws straight limes. I drew into the same book on my iPad Pro, which looks even more controlled. Picture attached. I would have loved a pen for my PC tablet (Lenovo X1 Tab 3rd Gen) with the handling comparable to an Apple pencil - but the abysmal engineering really let me down. Neither the battery capacity nor the writing precision are acceptable.

Nightmare
I have been using the previous version (simply Bamboo Ink) for 7 months without issue, but it doesn't have tilt. This new Plus version does have tilt. I like tilt. It is lovely to have the option to use tilt on a tilt compatible device. This new version is much more comfortable to use than the previous version, as well as lighter, and the blue nib glides effortlessly across my glass screen. But the battery is atrocious. I charged it to full yesterday and started using it around 10pm, finishing around 3am. I then used it from 1pm to 7pm today, for a total of 11 hours. The battery is now 15% full and requires another charge. It can be used whilst being charged, but this is not ideal or what wireless technology exists for. For comparison, the battery in the previous version has not been changed since it was first used and is still at "100%" charge, which is likely somewhere around 98% in real terms. 7 months vs 11 hours. The nib remover is much better in this version, but I still managed to easily break the medium nib that the pen shipped with when removing it. Tiny, vital pieces of plastic that provide different experiences and that are difficult to replace should be easier to switch out without causing irreparable damage. This version is also available for a much more reasonable price than currently listed directly from Wacom.
