Summary: Excellent hard surface disinfectant. Fragrant, strong cleaning power, employees feel more comfortable using this compared to traditional quat-based chemicals. Pros: Fragrance is similar to thyme oil instead of a strong-smelling inorganic chemical. Disinfects hard surfaces in 5 mins and easy to wipe down; not sticky at all. Health inspector felt comfortable with us using it, just as our employees do. Little goes a long way and it disinfects food prep surfaces effectively. Cons: Some may find it pricey compared to cheaper, more caustic alternatives. However, effectiveness, customer happiness, and employee satisfaction drastically outweigh a couple dollars per gallon more compared to traditional chemicals.

In the past I was using Lysol to spray into the air intake of our cars and that would work for a little while (a couple of months) to keep the funky smell from coming back. For a more heavy-duty once a season treatment, I was using those cans of evaporator coil cleaners and spaying into the drain line. Those treatments work a lot better and the smell usually doesn't come back until the next season. I wanted something that I could use to spray into the air intake vents on a monthly basis without having to take panels out and do the evaporator coil treatment. The Lysol treatments also wouldn't last that long. This product works great and your success depends on how fine of a mist you can get. I got a spray bottle off Amazon and the spray isn't that fine but it's fine enough for the application I'm using. I take out the cabin air filter (and if it doesn't have to be replaced, I'll shake it and spray it down with this product as well). and then I run the A/C at max and spray the product into the air intake vents on the outside of the car (make sure your A/C is set for fresh air and not recirculate). After I do that for a minute or so, I will then go inside the car and change the air setting to recirculate. I usually roll the windows down, or you can open the doors, and then I spray the product underneath the dash (passenger and driver side if you have dual zone A/C) so the internal air intakes circulate the product. Your vehicle carpet will get wet so don't go too crazy. You don't need a ton of product. I smell more of a wintergreen type scent versus the grapefruit but once the product dries, there really isn't that much of a scent. (don't forget to install/re-install your cabin air fliter) I think a gallon of this concentrated product will last me many years and save me a lot of money. Well worth it to keep my car A/C's smelling fresh.

Wow! just Wow! Ill admit, at first it smelled like bandaids...but when dry, clean lemongrass scent. I used in my musty basement, and a very damp back hallway. Truly does what it says.

Highly recommend! This is extremely effective yet gentle. It doesn’t burn my eyes/nose/skin the way Clorox does. It is extremely versatile and I have already added it to my subscriptions.

We had a leak under one of our sinks at work but before facilities would do any repairs, they wanted to make sure mold was remediated. The risk management guy recommended thyme-based (thymol) cleaners in particular and this one came up at a great value. For this particular application, we saturated the wood with the Bioesque and then used a wire brush to disrupt potential biological growth. After it was dry, we were instructed to apply Zinsser/Kilz or other encapsulating primers. When you use this spray, the area will smell intensely like thymol which, to some, was pleasantly reminiscent of an Italian restaurant and to others, was overpoweringly strong. This stuff did the trick and facilities was satisfied with its application. I would suggest use in a well-ventilated area. We also used this to clean a walk in cooler but the lingering smell was vaguely reminiscent of cigarette smoke (???). We still have A TON left. Four stars for being a safe, natural disinfectant and for a little going a long way. Minus a star for the controversial smell.

Worked wonders! Killed mold and cleaned very well. The one thing I didn’t like was the smell but got passed it. The product did what I needed it to do that’s all that matters!

I use this to disinfect my reflexology studio and it does the job in 4 min. Smells not too strong/ doesn’t leave a cleaner smell in the air.

My other cleaner smelled sooo much worse. I can actually stay in the room and continue cleaning with those one. No dizziness or weakness either. ITS PERFECT! I hope it works. I wet the surface and let it set for at least 10 minutes, or over night. I spray the tools and work area every night. Next, I disolve the crud with Professor Amos products, and wipe with paper towel, or rinse with water. Sometimes I spray the item again, to be sure. HAPPY CLEANING!
