Hi Brittany Carden!  The ladies v-neck size large is in production and will be available in about 1-2 weeks. If you prefer not to wait that long, all unisex sizes are available for ordering now!

I’m not sure to order a medium or large based on the chart which is unclear

Thank you for reaching out with your question! For sizing, please refer to our Sizing Chart which can be found under our Product Images. 
For Body Length, please measure from armpit to hem. For Chest Width, please measure from armpit to armpit. 
Additionally, please note that the unit used when creating our Sizing Chart was Inches.

For your convenience, I have included the sizing measurements for our Women's V-Neck Garments below:

SMALL | Body Length 26 Body Width 18 1/4

MEDIUM | Body Length 26 1/2 Body Width 19 1/4

LARGE | Body Length 27 1/4 Body Width 20 3/4

X-LARGE | Body Length 28 Body Width 22 1/4

XX-LARGE | Body Length 28 1/2 Body Width 24 1/4

XXX-LARGE | Body Length 29 Body Width 26 1/4
