Durable and Comfortable
This Postpartum Belly Band C-Section Belly Binder has been an amazing support item for me. It has lasted through three pregnancies, and the elasticity is still in mint condition, which really speaks to how durable and well made it is. It provides great support and is easy to figure out and use, which is especially important during postpartum recovery. I appreciate that it still works just as well as when I first purchased it and isn’t bulky to where i can’t move. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this product and would absolutely recommend it to other moms looking for a reliable, long-lasting belly binder.

Great
Love that this can come so small I am a short woman who gave birth in this actually was small enough to wrap around my whole body and be comfortable. Wish I would’ve started out with this one sooner.

one of the tighter belly bands there
I got these 1-2 weeks postpartum. I had a 2nd time c section and diastasis recti. I was longing for sleep on the side but too afraid my organs would move around when i turn. so this gridle helped. At first it was stiff - which i like because it helped to flatten my belly, i wore this 24/7, the belly was noticable flatter, then took it off for one day for my body to relax (wearing this is very tight and restrictive sometimes), but then my belly went back to big. So i kinda have to keep this one to keep it tight. Now it's been my 6th week. With my hunching sometimes, the girdle is starting to loose its shape meaning the top and bottom ends crunched up a little. and it also slides up. I have a "droopy" belly, so my bottom muffin top hangs out and bent my incision a bit. I had to add a lower body belly band (http://www.amazon.com/Its-You-Babe-Cradle-136-180/dp/B000I615Q4?ie=UTF8&ref_=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_28) to cover my incision area first, then wear this on top. All is all, it's tight to keep your "stuff" in. but you'll have to wear loose clothing because it shows the band when you wear tight clothes. I think this is more for waist clincher than a belly band. but i think this is one of the better belly bands out there to help you tighten the belly. I've tried other ones, they're just too soft to keep my belly in. I have a really bad diastasis recti and this keeps it "in" temporarily. This is stiff enough with boning on the back and mesh at the back to make it breathable. Wore it in mid 70's weather still managable. One thing i wish that this is longer and covers more area of my torso so there's not "extra" skin hanging like a muffin top. I'm usually size xs and s, ordered small, it's good. Update: after about a week after I posted the review the seller reached out to me to address my concerns. Customer service was immaculate with cordial and speedy response.

highly recommend for anyone recovering from surgery!
This abdominal binder has been a lifesaver after my surgery! It gives just the right amount of support without feeling too tight or uncomfortable. The material is soft, breathable, and stays in place all day. It really helped reduce swelling and made it easier to move around and stand up straight. I could feel the difference right away highly recommend for anyone recovering from surgery!

Best brace I’ve found for me!
Keeps my hernias in, supports my back without digging into my sides, and I can breathe! I have a medium and a large size, both work but the the large is a smoother look under clothes. I have 2 abdominal hernias that resulted from a surgery. It’s to risky to fix them so I’ve been trying different braces for 4 years now. Some dug into my sides, some had 3 separate pieces and were just complicated, the one with the piece that attaches to push a hernia didn’t, so I used the basic white wrap the longest and it worked but didn’t hold them in I would have to take it off and redo it every couple hours. This is the only brace that hold my hernias in for hours, is generally comfortable and even though it doesn’t look like it at first, you really can’t see it through my clothes. Key Point: how you put it on ! I took away one star because for me it closes the wrong way for me with the Velcro on the left, SO I actually wear it upside down (I think) with the tag on the bottom and the Velcro on the right when laying on top of it… it works awesome so I don’t care if it wrong. You have to be laying down to put it on (or any brace I always thought everyone knew that but I guess not) so lay down flat, make sure every thing is tucked in internally where it needs to be. Then just pull it as far as you can, hold it tight and pull the other side tight the Velcro does the rest. The adjustments on the back are great. If you want it looser just undo the middle side Velcro pieces and give them slack, if you don’t mind how it feels how can make them tighter to give you more hourglass look. The biggest thing for me is my hernias stay in and the pressure isn’t on my back like with other ones I’ve tried. UPDATE: Not sure if it’s because I wear it everyday and don’t know how to wash it correctly but after about 45 days Neither of the 2 I’ve purchased will stay closed. I’ve tried every trick to clean out the Velcros closures but they still don’t hold very well (and I’m not trying to keep it super tight, just enough to keep my hernias in) I have to take it off lay down and put it back on every 2-3 hours. And still it’s more comfortable and holds my hernia in better than the others I’ve tried. It really sucks that I’ll have to buy 1 every other months.

Great for post partum
I loved my bands, easy to put on because of the initial stretch just make sure you buy your correct size. The material breathes very well. It hold shape better if you wash it by hand and preserves the velcro strength by not catching lint in the hooks. You will need to try to sit up straight because the boning will poke your ribs if you try to lean over. I felt very secure and supprted when I wore it especially with how well it covered my lower abdomen/ incision.

Strange fit, poor return policy.
I bought this right after I had my baby and what with breastfeeding and sleep deprived days and nights and overall gettin used to Motherhood, I didn't get around to using it until I was 2 months post partum, I had ordered one large and one small as I didn't know which would for once post birth swelling went away. Well the medium fit and I wanted to return the large but was informed that I couldn't as return was only valid for 'x' amount of time after purchase. I think that's very poor business ethics in this day and age. And the medium siZe does fit but it keeps on shifting and sliding up my waist and my pp tummy bulges out from beneath. I'm not sure at his point if there would be any benefit to wearing this contraption and it's extremely uncomfortable and bulky by the wAy and I'm pondering buying something more regular and simple. I don't recommend this product. Update: so this company has been emailing me ever since I wrote my initial review above. I've copy/pasted the latest and third email I got from them below. They are highly unethical! They want me to remove my review or give higher grade in exchange for my money back or another girdle. I responded to the first two emails stating that if they gave me my money back that I would remove the review as one of my complaints was that I couldn't return it. They never got back to me on it instead I get another email with similar request and even sillier explanation. I doubt the genuinity of this company! I had to earn them to never contact me again! See latest email below: Greetings xxxx, I am so sorry that our product (Postpartum Girdle) can not be satisfied with you. But I promise you that we will be responsible for this item. I wish you can give me a hand. As to me, I really need that job, I like the job very much. This is my first job after graduation. If I can not do it well, I will be fired. If this item can be worked, could you mind helping me change the review to 5 star or remove it? Also I will represent my company to give you 50 percent off, even beg for my boss to give you a full refund or resend a new item to you. I deeply wish you can do me a faver. Looking forward to your early reply. Thanks for your understanding and forgiveness. Wish you have a good day. Maggie

Perfect for c-section but up two sizes if pregnant
I had to write this review within a few minutes of putting it on in hopes of helping another mama out there. I was desperate when I got home from hospital and the pain started with a vengeance. While crying in pain I put this on. I now feel 100% better then I was!! It has made my after birth contractions stop or at least where I can’t feel them which makes a huge difference with a C-section. As every contractions pulls at the inside of the incision causes pain. I recommend this band if you had a C-section and are struggling with after birth pain from incision, feeling like your organs are floating around(aka unsupported) or after birth contractions. Buy this!! Not only is it the cheapest I’ve seen it has the perfect type of closures. The front it broken into two straps one on top of belly and one for lower that are thick foam covered in soft fabric. The back is one mesh-like band with two spandex straps that can tighten it more to the top or more to the bottom depending on your belly size or hip shape(flip to switch between angled to top or bottom). I got a medium and it is perfect for 3 days post op. I have narrow hips and I was very small while pregnant and all belly. Pre pregnant weight 105lbs and 138lbs on delivery. I haven’t weighed since I had baby but my belly is about half the size it was. I would say to go up two sizes if you want it to fit right after delivery. I’m an xs, size 1 pants not pregnant. If my belly goes down more I will probably need a small but right now the medium is perfect with about two inches to grow or shrink. I will probably buy the small when my belly goes down more. I can’t believe the price for the difference this has made for me immediately!
