A better baffle for the G310GS Akrapovic Exhaust
I bought this Biker's Choice exhaust baffle to replace the pointless one that came with my Akrapovic exhaust for the G310GS. With the Arka baffle in, the sound of the exhaust was too loud and obnoxious for my liking. It really made little difference whether I have the Akra baffle in or not. The Biker's Choice baffle installs into the Akrapovic exhaust nicely. It gets a little tighter as the baffle goes into the exhaust, but it's not damaging anything. The noise feels a little toned down, and I'm planning to wrap the baffle in fiber glass to smooth down the noise altogether.

lowers db but very strange sound
Tried these in my V&H Longshots on ar Roadstar 1700.They fit loosely (OD is 1.85in) so I wrappes ends with heat resistant foil tape. Also wrapped with fiberglass packing. Fit snugly.Noise level was certainly down, but a ver very strange high pitched pft pft sound. All the low frequencies were gone but high pitch remained. Honestly one of the weirdest sounds I ever heard, perhaps like an old biplane aircraft radial engine. high pitch blattering, very strange.

Perfect fit for my 2 inch OD pipes
Just came in today for my 1988 Honda Shadow VT1100C with straight pipes. I wanted to tone it down cause it was just to loud for my taste. My pipes measured 2 inches OD with a perfect 1.900 ID. These baffles measure 1.865 and fit decently snug, probably due to the fact that nothing can be 100% perfectly round, but it was enough to make me happy. Can fit about a fingernail in between the baffle and the pipe wall. Not a big deal tho. They seem heavy duty and solid. Without the fiberglass packing they are really quiet vs the deafening rumble of straight pipes. Will be pulling them out to pack with fiberglass tho. Overall they exceeded what i thought their quality would be and how well they preform.

Good for the money. Fit snug in 2"OD pipes
Worked great! I had 2"OD straight pipes on my 82 Yamaha v-twin and they were far too loud and I knew the neighbors would say something. Bought these and I cut them down to 6" and threw them in and it's perfect. Still loud but tame at idle and has a good bark to it. If I had room to make them 7" I think that would be perfect.

Actually used this on a Chevrolet V8 side pipes madmax ...
Actually used this on a Chevrolet V8 side pipes madmax replica that already at Smitty’s on it and it quieted it down quite a bit no fiberglass wrapping,

Biker's choice exhaust pipe baffle
I think the product is OK, but as with all the baffles I could find it is only 1 3/4" NOT 2" as listed on the Amazon web site. I will simply weld a ring around the end to make it fit but I wish it had been listed correctly. Or maybe they would make interesting lamps. I have not found a 2" baffle so far so modifying these seems to be the quickest way to get what I want.

Great baffles. Rapper with fiberglass before installation
baffles are great. I put these baffles on my 2017 Triumph Scrambler. I bought British Customs shotgun slip on pipes and they have baffles in them but they weren't as aggressive as the ones I bought here. I took the old ones out slipped the new ones in and before I did I wrap them with heavy fiberglass on the outside. It really muffled the sound and gave me a deeper sound like a old school Triumph should sound. Easy to install only took a few minutes.
