what charger do you recommend for these (that utilize 3rd pin)?

I bought this product for replacemnt for my black and decker battery operated tools. Why is it so hard to put the battery in?

I am not having this problem but I see that in the picture you have orange tabs on your batteries and I have yellow ones.
