RL Flo-Master 65HR8 Retractable Hose Reel, 65 Feet, Brown

Ok, I am going to explain to you all WHY I love this hose so much. I have a similar one that I ordered from an online company called Yardiak (I think?) a few years back and it was awesome, I loved it. I still use it and haven't had any problems. So when we moved I took it with me, and I needed two more for this larger yard. The one I previously had had bright yellow plastic on it, and I didn't want that for the front of my house. I looked on Frontage and found this same one (or very similar) and it was 100$ but guess what? It didn't come with the hose! So I decided to order two of these and I love them. Positives: --It's a retractable hose. I have only had it for a few months and it's working VERY well at the retracting part, but we'll see how long that lasts. My old hose was very difficult to retract after a while, so I had to manually feed it in the reel, which I didn't really mind too much. This one works like a charm retracting. --The colors are very non-offensive and look good on any house. --The hose is really long!! I can drag it for what seems is forever and water flowers or wash my car. --The hose is also really smooth when coming on and off the reel. --Once it is mounted it tilts side to side so that when you are using it at different angels, it will follow you and not be stiff. Negative: --It is hard to mount into a brick or concrete structure. If you have wood that isn't as hard but it takes a lot of extra time to make sure this is mounted correctly in brick. My dad and brother mounted both of mine and it took quite a while to do it in the brick. Once it's up it's up and sturdy for a very long time so it's worth the labor intensive install.

Rolling and Coiling hoses is not my favorite things to do. I am using my 3rd RL Flo-Master now. The mount and mechanisms work well. I did change the nozzle to one of my own preferences. I pull it out with the water on first as it seems to roll out easier. It can be a tug stretching to within 10 ft of the end. But it is so convenient to not have to lug and take time to coil 50-60 ft of hose. By the way. Wet your hands when retracting as it makes the hose slide smoother if you guide it. It isn't always necessary but it helps keep it from kinking as it comes in fast. .Also turn the water off before you do and hold the nozzle open to empty it. The mount swivels 180 degrees to move in several directions. I put a hook on it and another on the wall with a short line to keep it in place. I usually go only in one direction and the swiveling around can get in the way. Mounting it I had to drill four holes in the concrete wall. But when a new one was purchased the new one simply slipped over the old mounting rod. The extra Flo-master is mounted on a 4"x4" wood post(I used long nuts and bolts...one went through the post and the other along side but it works. I am sure I could have found some U-bolts the right size also. Having had 3 I have experienced most issues I am guessing. One has lasted about 5 years now and is still used often, but that last few feet does not always get rolled up...till the next time I used it then sometimes it goes all the way in. No problem as I just lay that little bit of hose on top. Another lasted about 2 years and began to leak internally. I took it apart but was unable to repair a broken piece. I did save some of the parts(just in case) and immediately purchased another. I would say I would buy one again if I find the need. knowing it will not last forever, it does provide a lot of convenience everyday used to more than make up that fact.

Purchased this item less than a year ago (June of 2012) for my yard and I love the product but it has stopped retracting. It's great because it takes the hassle of having to wind the hose or to leave it lying around the yard so when it worked I absolutely loved it. I have contacted the seller (SprayerUSA) to see if I can have it fixed or replaced. So I have to pay more money now to get the same product which I no longer have faith in. Contacting Amazon to see if I could get help from them getting this resolved. I say most because I am sure there are exceptions. This device busted under ONE YEAR!!!! DON'T GET STUCK WITH THIS PRODUCT!!!!! Also, the seller won't help you much. I will never do business with them again. I now own a 115 dollar water hose and a cheap quality one at that!

Muy cómodo regar así, no se enreda ni se dobla, porque cuenta con un sistema retráctil que con un simples jalón sin soltar la manguera regresa a su lugar

It works great. The nozzle included is not so great but I didn’t buy this item for the nozzle. The unit retracts nicely and does not leak.

Es la segunda manguera que compro. La primera me duró alrededor de 8 años con un excelente servicio. Al final el carrete retráctil dejó de funcionar y por eso tuve que comprar una nueva, con las mismas características. Ha sido una excelente compra y buen producto.

Went out to use my hose today and was shocked to find out the the spray nozzle was already broken. The round plastic piece in the neck of the nozzle was broken! Now the good part! When I called this company they answered almost immediately and the very kind lady there listened and when she heard my problem told me that she would send a new spray nozzle to me right away. Its almost unheard of these days to get such a quick and courteous response.

Mal producto solo 7 meses de uso y ya no se regresa la manguera, estoy muy decepcionada por que es un producto caro.
