I like this stuff
I like this stuff. I am not wholeheartedly convinced it really really works....since I also do many other bedtime practices all in the effort to be able to sleep. I have a sleep deprivation disease and have to do EVERYTHING available to me to ensure even a small portion of sleep!!! So I am sure this does not hurt. I rub it on my wrists and top of my hands where they are by my face usually so that I can keep inhaling the aroma.

Nice bottle, but doesn't work
I bought this for my 8 year old who has a lot of trouble winding down at the end of the day. She tried it twice and it really did nothing for her. She also couldn't stand the smell. My six year old, on the other hand, really likes the smell, and happily rolls it on every bedtime, however he never had any trouble going to sleep so I can't say if it helps him.I only gave this two stars because it doesn't help my daughter relax at all, and it's pretty expensive for something that doesn't work. But it gets a star for a it's convenient bottle and roller.

A nice, deep sleep
I bought this for my Mom who has a very hard time turning off all her thoughts and to do lists at night. She will be awake for hours before finally being able to fall asleep. She used this the first night and told me she slept the entire night! A nice, deep sleep! She couldn't believe it. She's been using it every night since then. Some nights she still wakes up, but is able to fall back to sleep. It is very calming and relaxing. Will definitely purchase more.

Okay, but has it's issues
I'm a little disappointed in this oil, actually. The roller ball applicator has to be coaxed to release the oil and the product itself seems weak in scent. I can't tell at all that it actually helps my sleep. I won't be purchasing this again.
