Love it.
I wanted something so I could keep my phone away from my nightstand. This is great and I really enjoy having it. It’s simple, and I looked at lots of similar items and this had almost everything I wanted: good clean aesthetic, radio, small form factor, loud alarm (if I set it to be loud), adjustable brightness, and pretty good alarm sounds. Changing the alarm is very easy, and I love the rotating dial to do this. While this is still my top choice so far after looking at lots of similar products and I am happy with my purchase, here are a few things I would love to see in the next iteration to really knock “FM Clock Radio” out of the park on Amazon:- Be sure brightness goes literally down to zero. The one I received, when set to lowest setting, while very dark, it still is not “off” and might be at maybe 3-5% brightness at it’s minimum. For most people’s standards it might be ok but I can still see the screen when my room is dark. I want to have the option to see no light at all. I do love that this is adjustable with a quick dial in the back, very quick and easy and you don’t have to push a button multiple times to change the brightness, so keeping this functionality would be great.- Allow the dual alarm function to allow for choosing if we want 2 alarms on the same day, for example a weekday or weekend. Right now there are dual alarms but Alarm 1 is only for Weekdays and Alarm 2 is for only Weekends. While I appreciate the attempt, I would much, much rather have the flexibility to use the 2 alarms exactly how I want to.- Improve the bird song alarm. The current one repeats too quickly and you notice it. If a longer sound clip could be found where it has more variety and a seamless loop, that would be awesome.- Design preferences: Get rid of teal/blue accents on the black version. Straight up black and white would be very nice. I got the white version for this reason. The body is white and the text labels are black. A black version with white labels would be pretty nice!I hope a new version will come out, I would love to check it out! Thank you and I am glad this product exists!

Excellent radio and great customer service.
UPDATE: I want to tell anyone considering buying this radio that they are wonderful little radios with great sound! I did have a problem with one of the two I bought, BUT the Reacher customer service was just wonderful! Zoe was extremely helpful to me and pleasant to deal with. After I explained my unusual problem, she replaced my radio immediately without a problem. I highly recommend the radio or any other from Reacher who will back it up if you have any issues.-Original review: I really like this radio. It’s small, about 4”x 2 1/2”, and I thought the sound would suffer. But it sounds great. Very easy to set up and operate. Small enough to fit on my messy bedside table. Lots of choices for brightness of displaying the time and for alarm sounds. Glad to have the temperature show also. Mine came set on Celsius, so make sure you remember to change the button in the back to Fahrenheit if that applies to where you live. The only thing that would be great to have would be if there were radio station buttons to set instead of having to use the forward/backward buttons to change the scanned stations. Maybe two buttons to set to favorite stations. I used the ports in the back to charge my iphone at my bedside. They worked perfectly and it was so convenient. It was such a great buy, I bought a second one for my kitchen. So far I highly recommend it.

Great, basic clock radio, w/a few quirks
Pros:- Clear display. Unit is tiny, but the time display is more than sufficient, with an infinitely granular dimmer capability to suit your needs. If you like a night-light, the max setting on this display will give you all you need to make it to the bathroom at night. If you instead want it barely visible in a blackout room, it'll do that, too.- Great alarm settings / alarm sound options.- Radio sounds surprisingly good for such a tiny thing.- Though the controls -- the big multi-function dial, the other buttons -- were bizarre at first and a learning curve for me, 10 minutes of reading the well-written instructions* and hands-on use had me impressed. The designers of this unit, I believe, set out to re-imagine a clock radio; with design thinking and clean manufacturing they've delivered a palm-sized unit with outsized features -- they came up with a superior product.* there's a link to the manual on this product listing if you want to check it out before you buyCons, one major one minor:- Major: Battery backup sucks the life out of the 3 x AAA's fast. Unfortunately, for me this is what takes this from 5-star to 4-star -- if you experience power interruptions frequently, you'll be finding yourself resetting the clock frequently...and occasionally missing your bus.- Minor: Zero control over radio station selection. Every time you have to re-setup the unit (see "power failures" above) you simply go thru the process of rescanning *every* station in you area. You can't manually load into memory your top 3 stations (only), IOW.

Many very good features and better reception than old Sony
This alarm radio packs many features into a small form including 2 USB charger ports. It has two independent alarms. It is pretty easy to operate if you are familiar with similar types of products. And the sound is good enough for waking you up.The only issue I have with this clock are the brightness settings. There are 5 settings that cycle with button pushes. It goes from blank to dim (dim works for nighttime but is hard to see in daylight). The third brightness setting takes a big jump (while it is good in the daytime it is too bright for sleeping). Forget about setting 4 and 5 as they are way too bright. Having a step between 2 and 3 would be ideal. While I could change the brightness setting by pushing a button (5 pushes) every time I go to bed ...I don't want this added task. I want to set it and forget it. I'm going to try and put a tint over the face of the clock to make the brightness range more functional.Bottom line, I like the alarm and plan to keep it. It gets better reception than my old Sony dream machine and has more functions.

Why can't all alarm clocks have a rotary 0-100 dimmer!?
I've never owned an alarm clock that I could dim enough for my blackout dark room - the stepped dimming never offers enough steps to get as dim as I've wanted. As soon as I saw this one with a rotary 0-100 dimmer I bought two. It's a home run of an alarm clock in my books. Love the weekday and weekend alarms, love the variety of sounds in addition to the radio, I'm over the moon with the 0-100 dimming, and the dual USB is great for charging phone and watch overnight with no extra adapters. Very effortless to set time and alarms too.My only complaint? Leave the Engrish extras off the device. See my photo for the rather unsightly text with poor spacing, poor English, and poor punctuation that they felt the need to slap right on top of the darn thing!

Netzstecker nicht nutzbar
Hallo.Die Wecker sind an sich toll. Habe aktuell auch einen. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Good clock radio - Had a problem with the first unit but customer service rep resolved it quickly
Got this unit for my son. It was very easy and intuitive to set up. The features are as per the description. Sound quality was as expected from such a small unit. FM reception was good. I only gave 4 stars because the temperature reading on the first unit I received did not work. Contacted ReacherDirect and all I had to do is send them a pic. Within 4 days a replacement unit arrived and its fully functional. Excellent customer service! If it was possible, I would have given 4.5 stars.
