Perfect
Easy instructions. Worked perfect. I would recommend this over both cheaper and more expensive ones. Save yourself a headache and just buy this one.

Name brand, works perfectly
Well worth the extra few dollars to get this high quality charger. This is name brand and it functions the best out of any of the chargers (I've used most all of them). Don't waste your time buying cheaper knockoffs, get this one.

Braided hose is a plus
Purchased this because my old AC charge hose/gage rubber hose cracked to pieces as I rotated the refrigerant canister while charging. Then the hose failed completely as refrigerant leaked out of joint near trigger.NEW Charge Hose/Gage with Braided hose it nice. I expect it will be More durable than plain rubber.AC Charging operation when smoothly with longer hose being another plus for this unit.Only negative is the hose is a bit shorter than advertised. Measured from hose fitting to hose fitting was 21-1/2". Measurement to the outer edge of the Low Side connector was 23" at most.So the added length also makes rotating the canister easier without stressing the hose. The full advertised 24" hose length would be appreciated.I'm still happy with purchase.

A Nice Reusable Item for the Garage
My 2004 Altima 2.5S started blowing hot air while on AC this summer. I purchased some R134A with dye already in it, attached this item to the can top, and then finally to the low side line port, started the car, put climate controls on AC with the fan on low.In my instance, there was very little to no pressure in the line, and the 12.3 oz can was enough to build system pressure p to 31 psi according to the gauge. The digital dusplay is easy to use and read. The 31 psi is more than enough to get the refrigerant to leak out.A black light showed the exact point(s) where the system was compromised. In my instance, it was where the lines enter the compressor. I purchased an o-ring kit, so hopefully all will be fixed soon. This tool also has a plastic piece which disconnects the battery when not in use. At least I think it does. I removed it prior to use, and then in re-inserted after use. So if it works that's kind of a good deal, too.

digital gauge is unreliable but no warranty is worse
Well got the digital gauge by mistake from Amazon so thumbs down for Amazon. I ordered the non-digital gauge because of my doubt over longevity of digital and reliance on battery... but I needed to fix AC ASAP since it was extremely hot and muggy out, July in New England!... so despite my reluctance I decided to try it. Used it 2 times for a total of about 10 mins... turned it off when stored and made sure battery was not being accidentally turned on and it's dead now. Called InterDynamics and explained the problem and they said they have no warranty for their gauges and that it's likely a battery issue... so I have to take pics of the battery and submit it to energizer for a "Possible" new battery, and I have no idea how long that will take even if I do get a replacement battery. I need it now since my AC still needs tweaking to operate it optimally during the worst months of the year. I told them that if the battery was new, indicated by the fact that I had to pull out the plastic tab that kept the battery from being drained during storage and shipment that the battery was probably not the issue, but they don't see it that way. Even after I told them I had pretty varying pressure readings from first reading to second reading... and I know it can vary but still makes me wonder. I wanted them to replace it with the non-digital version but I got nowhere with that. Last A/C Pro product I'll buy... they are overpriced anyway and I only bought this one since I just happened to find it discounted on Amazon that day.

Simple and DIY Friendly
Was a little unsure as there are always one-star reviews that make me nervous on every item on Amazon, but this product exceeded my expectations. Easy to hook up especially with the longer hose as my a/c port was not easily accessable. Fitting snapped on easily with no "spray" as other fitting have done to me. Trigger to fill was nice, better than scew type I have had in past. I wish it had the outdoor temperature compensation dial I saw I some videos but it worked fine without it. AC cooling again! Overall was a good investment!
