Mane 'n Tail: Detangler "The Tangles and Knots Solutions" (12 oz)

Seriously, this is THE BEST detangler I have ever used. I have thick but fine hair, and it tangles and gets knots very easily. While I have tried other products, I usually gave up on them, either because I'd have to use a shit ton of it in my hair to get the tangles and knots out, and/or it'd leave my hair extremely oily and greasy looking. Not so with this.One of the things that I absolutely love, is how big the spray coverage is. Other detanglers seem to spray only a narrow stream, which means I end up having to use way more just to get one section of my hair fully covered. This means I use way less of this product, while also getting way more coverage. Also, the bottle is much bigger than the bottles of other detanglers. Which is great, because I basically have to use this every day, and yet it still lasts much longer than when I used other detanglers, even though the spray coverage is much wider.This detangler also makes even the most intimidating rat's nests that I can get be easily brushed out, and I don't have to spend forever brushing my hair to work it out. It also leaves my hair feeling nice and soft, and never leaves it feeling weighted or greasy. It also works just as well on dry hair as it does on wet, which is great, as I only wash my hair 3 times a week.Third, you can't beat the price for this, especially for how great it works!

I've purchased a handful of detanglers and usually I have to use a good amount for it to work a little bit, but boy does this one work amazing! I wanted to take my time to review this product because not only does it work even spraying small amounts of it, but it smells amazing too! I use this for my daughter's hair and she loves when I use it and always reminds me to spray her with it "so you don't hurt my hair" and "mommy it smells so good when you spray my hair." It's affordable and even my husband noticed a huge difference when brushing her hair as well. Mine and my daughters hair is straight and mine tends to be dry and fine so it even takes out the smallest tangles that I struggle with. Not to mention it does NOT weigh down my hair or leave a greasy residue. Will keep buying when the bottle runs out!

This really works less than 5 mins and it detangles the hair, my daughter loves when I use it.

I've tried several more expensive detanglers but I keep coming back to Mane and Tail.It adds slip for dry detangling but doesn't weigh my hair down. Never looks greasy either. The scent is fruity and I quite like it. Fades as it dries so doesn't clash with my perfume.But it doesn't add much shine at all. My hair is medium thickness and coarse. I expected more shine with all the chemicals, dimethicone and flower essences, but am disappointed. Not much moisturizing, either, but perhaps my locks are too damaged. Still it's the best product I've tried.
