Excellent Resistance Bands with Great Colors and Comfort!
I recently purchased this set of three exercise bands, and they have exceeded my expectations. The colors are vibrant and stylish, adding a nice touch to my workouts. Each band offers a different level of resistance, which is perfect for gradually increasing the intensity of my exercises. The quality of the bands is impressive—they feel strong and durable, providing consistent resistance without stretching out or losing elasticity. I waited a month before I wrote this to make sure they were good quality! EXCELLENT. My legs feel the burn the next day, stays very stretchy and firm to movement. A great addition to your workout ☺️ The one I am showing is the medium, 25-35 Ibs resistance and is my sweet spot! The 35-45 is very resistant but better for the more advanced ! I will get there soon 😂

Great for home or gym workouts
These are great. I use them at the gym and at home when I can’t make it to the gym. My trainer also has a set and uses them fur his clients. Myself included. They were his recommendation. They travel easily as well.

I have used these a few times now and absolutely love them. What I like is that they stay in place and I can actually feel the resistance. Other bands don’t feel like you’re working with much.
