I have been using this Shampoo for 10 years. Recommended for these who have hair loss issues.

I'm sure the product is fine, and I didn't want to give a bad rating. However, I suffer from Seborrheic Dermatitis, and I thought this would be the solution to end my flare up. It made it worse. It stripped all the oils out of my hair and my texture has changed dramatically. I'm a Black American with 4B hair and it did not work for me. Tip for the wise - KeraCare- Blue bottle turned it all around

I bought this after I looked up “flakiness due to minoxidil” and this is what Reddit recommended. I do not regret my purchase! This product is refreshing on the scalp and cures my flakiness and itchiness I had due to new hair growth!

I bought it thinking that it might help me with my seborrheic dermatitis. I have been trying countless shampoos over the years and nothing seems to calm my flare-ups, itchiness and redness. I invested money in this shampoo that looked promising. I have so far used it 5 times and I can tell that I do not find it helpful at all. Maybe with hair loss is ok, but for dandruff/dermatitis is horrible. My whole scalp is red and flaky . No No No No No

I've been using it for over a week and it feels pretty good. It has a cooling effect, but I can't see it yet. I'll use it as a normal shampoo for two months and see how it goes.
