Keeps chopped greens from going slimy.
I use this to keep my prepped greens from "drowning" in their own water and becoming slimy. Excellent addition to any cold food pan. Recommended.

High quality product that arrived in a rather poor condition
The product itself is perfect: very sturdy construction, no sharp edges and a nice design. However, the four pieces that I received seem to have been in stock for a long time without packaging or were handled carelessly by the seller. The clear polycarbonate drain trays were covered all over by a large number of little scratches. They almost looked second-hand instead of new. Since they were nonetheless fully usable I did not complain.
