Can this be set as a 10 gallon sprayer?

You would need to know the ratio of product to gallons based on the chemical manufacturer's instructions. For example, 1 Tablespoon = 1 gallon. You would put 10 Tablespoons of product in the sprayer, fill the sprayer to the 10 gallon line and mix well before starting to spray. what is the highest level of concentration? I would like to mix a 10-to1 ratio of water to bleach.

You might be better off with a sprayer that has a mixing dial.  You cannot vary the mix on this sprayer.

Question 3

So, if I'm using a product that calls for a ratio of 3 oz./gal., how much product do I put in this thing?  I am math challenged, obviously :-(

A gallon is 128 ounces. A quart is 32 ounces. There are 4 quarts in a gallon. If you are saying your bottle sprayer is 32 ounces then I would presume you would need to divide the 3 oz by 4 which is 0.75 ounces. If you have a shot glass most shot glasses are Close to 1 ounce. So you would need to do a shot glass and fill it 3/4 of the way up with your product per usage. At least that is how I calculate it and what I would do.
