Since I got this air pump I was fascinated with it because it makes my job easier with balloons decorations. Also my pump stop working and I wrote to them about the problem and they sent me another one. Super happy with my machine and customer service ! Thank you !

I purchased this item on July 28, received it fine. Within a day, the electronics started to ignore the timer and display random numbers on the screen. I sent it back for a replacement which came fast. Sent the bad unit back immediately. So far so good. Filling balloons last night and the timer went haywire again and didn't allow me to set the timer so my balloons would be uniform in size. The warranty says 30 days from date of purchase. Since mine failed again, less than 60 days from receiving the replacement, would seller be willing to extend the warranty on this item to hopefully receive one that functions long term? Thank for reading. Update: The process for refunding the entire purchase price was great and fair. Didn't give me any resistance after I presented my experience. I love the pump and will order it again right away. Helping a buyer to be satisfied and fell good might even be better than getting if right the first time. I would give a 6 star rating if possible because this problem could have been negative.

There are not too many options for portable Balloon inflators. While this is expensive, i could not find any other compatsbke options (all others are corded). So far is is working well. Even after inflating 40-50 balloons, the charge remains at 75% or more. I wish it was a little cheaper.

Perfect for 5 inch balloons. Buy two and it serves at a double blower for $700 less than the double lagenda.

I wanted to reach out directly to the seller to raise my concern about this product but couldn’t find any other way than leaving a review. I purchased this pump August 2022. At first it worked great. I treat this pump like a baby. Keep it on its case when not in use and even keep the nozzle and power cord in a ziplock bag. After a couple of months of use, the handle started getting lose but it was still working, then the green button started to stick from time to time, later the handle came off completely and finally, it got to a point that when you turn it on it stays on. The push button no longer works. It took this long for me to make the decision to just write this review since I couldn’t get a hold of anyone and the window for product support ended 30 days after purchase. This kind of balloon pumps are supposed to be durable. I don’t even use it that often to have fallen apart the way it did! I hope this serves to get an explanation from the seller as to why the product performed so poorly even though I was careful with it all the time. My $40 pump has lasted me for years and I use that one a lot more often! I can only say, buy it at your own risk. If you are not looking for something durable this can do the trick but if you want something reliable look for something better. Ah! And it also gets very hot by the nozzle. Burning hot!

I bought 4 of these - replacing 4 old ones. 2 of the 4 I purchases the battery doesn't even last an hour. The other ones I had lasted for at least 8 hours on one charge. I can no longer use these for work. :-(

This compact unit fits in my gig bag and is efficient enough to use for small events.
