Very sturdy. A good core workout.

I used to use a Vew-Do at my old gym (once upon a time...) and I loved it. I decided to add this to my home gym repertoire and could not be happier with my decision. Be sure to have the right surface for the wood roller and get balancing.

I love how convenient this is to use and that I can casually use it while also watching tv or anything else that I'd usually be sitting for. The wood roller is great for really seeing how far i want to push myself, and the foam roller is perfect for casually balance practice.

I first got one of these for myself. I am an out-of-shape women in middle age. I love it! Trying to stay on as long as possible is its own reward. I use it every day, several times a day. My balance has definitely improved and in the process, my leg and core muscles get daily workouts. I also sent one to my cousin's children, who are all boys aged 7, 7, and 11. They absolutely love it and also play with it every day. Unlike me, they are very physically fit, with a background in martial arts. Even so, they don't get bored of it. One thing I like about the vewdo line is that if they master this particular board and roller, I can send them the Flow roller for an added challenge. So I don't have to purchase a whole new board, just a more challenging roller. I suspect that if I were very fit, this board might be too easy, and in that case, the Vewdo Flow or Vewdo El Dorado would be better choices. But I'm not at that level yet and am thankful there is a balance board that fits my weight and beginning level and is still really fun. And for kids, I think building up mastery on an easier board is best to do before sending them a harder challenge. So this board isn't for everyone but it was great pick for all these members in my family. We all love it!

This is a very nice board. It is not cheap, but it is well built, and serves its purpose very well. I called Vew-Do prior to purchase to gain insight on which board, and they were professional and very helpful. Would have given it a 5 of 5, except that with use there are a couple of very small chips on the side from users falling off it, and the board hitting the fireplace brick. It does not affect function whatsoever, and is only noticeable if you look for it. Great product. Great company. I would buy another.

Great customer service. I didn't get my foam Rocker piece. Contacted seller. They were on it in 24 hours. Got it in 2 days after. Now that's service. Board is excellent. I have crappy balance. And thought this would help. It has immensely. Surprisingly I have more difficulty balancing in the foam piece than the roller. On the carpet of course. Trust me. Do it on the carpet or rug at first. It's not called zippy for nothing. Not only will it fill quicker. But the stops will slide across hard wood. On carpet they kinda act like brakes. And something no one else mentions.. twisting. If you ain't ready on hardwood.. it'll spin on you. Quickly. Then out from under you. One woman did it behind her recliner. I used an open closet door to start. One piece of advice. Don't do it any where near your coffee table. When it shoots out quickly. It's gonna knock a nice ding in your good furniture.

Great fun and nice to be able to use it in different ways. The indo is higher and a bit harder to use their for a greater challenge, which is good in my book, but the ability to do 180s or 360s wins! Maybe different size rollers could be something. Good grip surface and comfortable. Great to ride with feet parallel like a long board instead of perpendicular. Arrived well packaged and fast.
