For the price you can't beat this power supply. It's so cheap you can afford to buy a second one for a backup. Powers every kind of guitar pedal 9v, 12v and 18 volt and will probably even power keyboards and drum machines. Plus has outlets for phone charger blocks (which gives you USB power) and any other 120 volt plug in accessory. I've got old school pedals as well as modern pedals powered with it without a problem. This power supply is a definite must have for any pedalboard. Also the bright blue led lights give your board some cool lighting factor. It's also worth noting that there is no hum or unwanted noise from this unit with or without the noise suppressor pedal and the unit stays cool and does not overheat. Unit is made from plastic but seems quite durable. The supplied power cord is plenty long enough to go to a power strip which gives you a 1 button option to power off the entire board. This thing works great for my needs and probably will for yours too. Priceless! Just buy it!

I've had this unit for about 6 weeks now. Really wanted to put it to the test before offering a critique. The unit works very well. I installed it into my new effect pedalboard with ease. Includes plenty of adapter cables that work perfectly and connect well to all my effect pedals. Nice blue LED light display that can be turned on or off. Has 9v as well as 18v outputs for versatility. No hum or buzz at all. Clean sound without interference.

Some might have given this product a 1 for what I found. I merely didn't give it a 5 because of what I found. This is a great pedal board supply for its size and price. I especially like the 120Vac outlets for powering devices this supply isn't good for. However, the main AC power connection on the circuit board was poorly soldered and became intermittent over time. It was arguably a fire hazard when operating intermittently, as this solder connection is for everything, including the external 120Vac connections, and it makes sparking or arcing noise when failing. Be prepared to need to resolder this connection, as I did. It is also possible that the manufacturer has figured this out and corrected the problem. You will need soldering experience, a high-watt soldering iron, and magnifying lenses, if your eyes are as bad as mine. Yeah, I don't care about any warranty I might have violated. I would rather have rock-solid supply that works, than one that fails but is replaceable under warranty.

I have a gigging pedal board with a voodoo 2 power supply that cost $200. It works great and is very quiet. I also have a studio pedal board with just a few things on it, I use them to shape the sosund before it goes into the computer and the amp simulators. I had been using the wall-wart power supplies for the studio board, but was getting some nasty buzz at times. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, so I found this Hiree power supply for a fraction of the cost of the voodoo. I figured it was worth the risk to try it. I have been pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is! I’ve only used it a few times now, but it has significantly improved the noise levels of my pedals. It is every bit as good as the voodoo, if you don’t count the build quality. The case is made of plastic, so I don’t know how well it will hold up to gigs, jam sessions and traveling. But if you need something to leave at home or the studio, this will work perfectly and save you hundreds of dollars. Well worth the gamble!

This a very versatile and well-made pedal power supply. It works great!

I got this power supply to power my small pedalboard that consists of my line 6 HX stomp a plumes by earthquaker devices and my Moore ocean machine. All pedals obviously requiring VERY different resistances and DC currents. (with the included cables) I was able to power my ocean machine requiring 600 mA DC and my OD pedal. The HX stomp was an issue just because I didn’t have the proprietary sized cable to connect it to the power supply. GREAT THING was that I could still power it using the original power supply and just plugging it into one of the outlets on the power supply brick. This Supply blew me out of the water for how consistent it is and how reliable at a FRACTION of the cost of your average Dunlop Power brick or Voodoo lab power supply. Definitely reccomend if you’re on a budget or need something urgently to power a few pedals. 👍🏼

So first of all... I'm a drummer. I'm totally new to effects and building boards. This is the first power supply I have tried since my first daisy-chain. I have never had any issues with it. It doesn't get hot. It doesn't seem noisey to my untrained ear. I have a couple of pedals daisy'd off the tuner (the volume/wah and the Atreides) which doesn't seem like a problem cuz the tuner only tunes haha. I also often utilize the extra spots for wall warts on the top of the unit. It's great for my bbe sonic stop which is always on and doesnt need to be 'on' the floor. It's great if you need to charge a device and I also have a small light so I can see the knobs easier! I am going to get another one for if/when my board grows...
